I was taking advantage of the promo as advertised on the main page, filling in all the forms, checking my email, yada, yada, yada, when the phone rings. It is one of the agents/reps from the BankrollMob website, greeting me and welcoming me with so sweet and nice a voice. Until . . . . . . I ask about the promo, is it like a free chip, or what, as I interpreted it to be from the wording in the promo. We were chuckling and when he realized I was not going to deposit until a few days from now instead of today, that rude, inconsiderate one-balled jerk hung up on me. Right in the middle of a sentence!
I wish now I'd gotten his name, but it probably would not matter; If he's done it to me, I doubt I am the only one. I will NEVER spend one dime here, and this post is going up on every forum to which I belong. Obviously my money is just a drop in the ocean of wealth in which he is swimming and he could not care less how I was affected. But beware of this place, because if the customer reps are like that to START with, guess how it will be to withdraw! HAH! Good Luck . . . I shall not give that little pipsqueak another moment of my time. Signing off

We never call any of our members. Actually, you can't even deposit on our site.
I suppose you signed up at a site that offers a bonus to our members. I would of course like to know which site it is, so I can forward your story to our guy who handles our contact with partner sites.

Bankrollmob starting to charge posting rake? Maybe a 2.5% conversion charge for languages? Maybe mob draws will cost more and be half the prize?. Has pokerstars taken over brm?

I came across a thread on another forum the other day.... let's call it 2+3.... no, that's too obvious, I'll call it 3+2....
Anyway it was titled "BankrollMob is a scam!" - and went on to say that none of the bonuses were real, and that they take details from the members promising bonus money, so they can use them to make money on affiliates and such like.... "and when you go on the forums to complain, they never answer and instead wheel out fake members obviously employed by them to defend them"
Never read such tosh in all my life.

And for the record before you twist and turn this in to something it is not In NO WAY am i affiliated with BankrollMob, I just a member that like the freebies BankrollMob offer me, as well as the friendly Members I chat too ( i better say Online or you'll be thinking they ring me too lmao ) and the outstanding snail pace customer service ( joking)

As many have already said: You can't even deposit on this site. And the withdrawals haven't been a single problem with as far as I know (except the waiting time but BRM says themselfs that it may take some time).
In other words, this thread is just a terrible way for someone to try and ruin a great community such as this instead of becoming a part of it. Just sad really...

And while we are on the subject can BRM stop phoning me up everyday and trying to sell me a new gas boiler,I do not need one. On a serious note,an odd first post for someone who has been a member for such a long time and she seemed convinced it was BRM calling.If she had been less angry she would have realised she was venting to the wrong site. And just because someone sounds like a pipsqueak does not mean they only have one ball......
