Posted by Mober: And where did you get that info tony? I bet you can say lots of things for a site, but something like that would require information from inside. Is this your opinion, or you have found out some way, or something you have read somewhere else.
No further comment to make regarding this matter as it is being investigated by independent third party.

3 percent of which consists of their own staff and management crews. They even allow their employees and their relatives to play there with no restrictions. Of course you know that by now, right?
Geez is that legal where they are, In Australia you can go to jail for that kind of stuff. We have a strick law the any competition that bears a prize no person it allowed to enter that is part of the staff that runs the comp or a family member of any staff etc
Aye it's usually illegal in the UK aswell as far as competitions go although i'm not too sure about poker sites.

Posted by qzmag: Hello, I wanted to cash out last week, but i did not met the points to cash out. They gave a email to me and told me that i need 150 points to cash out, since i've made $25 in BRM freerolls. ( i don't understand why BRM freeroll is considered a freeroll, cause i don't think they pay those money and i hope the money from Leaderboard and from upcoming freeroll it won't consider "free money" ). Now i want to make my points, but it's kinda hard... + i need over 200 points atm and i have only almost 100. Hope it won't be like Ball Poker( i still didn't received my money from there, 10 months already ) and pokerminds...
Have a nice day / night and GL.
I really cant understand how players cant withdraw FREEROLL MONEY. Every other site you can play freerolls and than make withdrawals. This DUCKLING POKER is not for playing and not for trusting we should make petition about this site and bankrollmob.com should represent us BRM-ers.
5.3. All 'Real Money Freeroll' related withdrawals require players to earn 30 Player Points per $ 5 in Freeroll winnings. Until the Player Points requirements are met, players may make withdrawals equal to any real money deposits that have been made.
this means that I have to dial 300 Player Points? (50/5)*30? It's true? I have to earn 300PP only than I can withdraw my BRM $50 Or if I deposited 10 bucks I can withdraw only 10 bucks?
Yup, you have to make about 330 or 360 points. 30 for the NDB bonus from BRM and 30 for each 5$ that you made in the freerolls. That's why I started making points right away, if you wait untill you have a lot of freeroll winnings it's gonna be harder to reach the required points and you will have to withdraw everything all at once...
Once you meet the requirements, you'll have to verify your ID and your address. But the cashouts do work, I cashed out 275 USD 2 weeks ago.

Yes you got it right you have to pay Duck the same amount of rake that you win in order to be able to cash out. Tou won $50.00 in freeroll you have to pay $50.00 of rake to cash out.

every poker and casino sites have its own terms and condition especially freerolls .on that situation i think duckpoker just wanted players must make some points ,reason for is pokersites provide free and regular bankroll bust .we should think this is bussiness ,there is no harm if we try to make points to able to cashout some.u proven to reach any place at leaderboard and wait for a month to finish .and i think making some points is not hard for a player finishes top placer.

Any amount deposited you can cash no problem.
thank you for answers! but I still have questions!
1 PP equals $1 I need to pay $30 of rake for every $5 freeroll prizes it means the proportion is not equal to 1:1 as pinotte said ) This means to withdraw $ 50 I had to pay $350 or so in rake? That's correct?
P.S. for TheMachineQC or someone else, pleeeeease If I entered on $100 (not freeroll tourney) for 2TB+$0.20(real money) - I'll have to get Player Points equals for $20 for 4 place? or payment in cash rake get out me from this? Or because 2 Tourney Bucks were obtained in freeroll for them, it must be wagered too?
What's the sense on Tourney Bucks (TB) than? None? lol

$1.00 in fee/rake = 6 PPs ($0.166 ... = 1 PP)
In order for you to withdraw (current) real money winnings (in full), expending $48.08 in fee/rake or earning 288.48 PPs (48.08*6 PPs) will be a requirement according to ridiculous, deceitful T$C Duck imposes on their players.
You should be able to withdraw your net deposit amount. Duck will not take your deposit away.
Fee/rake paid in TBs does not earn any PPs. TBs hold no cash value until they are converted into real monies as stated in nearly dead Duck's T$C found on the following webpage. http://www.duckpoker.com/tournaments/tournament-rules/
You can try to offer some cash to buy them out, yeah, sure.
