So after waiting 30 days for a cash out i got an email today stating that i need more points 800 more for cash out from my free roll winnings i think this is a stall tactic because i really need only 100 points so they cancelled my 140 euro withdraw and put it back in my account so next couple of days i will play on this crooked site and try too earn 800 more points for cash out see what happens i am surprised this site is still running with no one getting paid

this is fault of bankrollmob also!! bankrollmob advertise this criminal poker rooms and now players lost their money like me!! i have a bankroll of 180.45 euros after i deposited and losing my time in pokerminds every day playing his tournaments! i tried to withdraw only 25 euros just to make sure they pay but pokerminds dont pay and they dont even answer to my emails! pokerminds is a criminal poker room! what bankrollmob going to do about this now? they going to pay the bankrolls to the injured players like me? no!!! they just going to advertise more poker rooms like pokerminds!! final conclusion:dont ever deposited again in new poker rooms!!

It is very unpleasant to read such messages, but this is true.
I try not to play absolutely on such pokerroom because of that not to be upset then now. What sense in a prize if can be received it with such problems.

I would like to add here that after 3-4 weeks, I finally received an email from them. My withdrawal request was also canceled, but at least this time they told me why. I had only 500 points (wanted 25 euro as well), and they told me that I need 1000 points, and that I will be able to withdraw 100 euro then.
Maybe stupid that I still have some faith now, but I will try > I am going to generate 500 (or even 750) more points, and will then make a withdrawal request of 100 euro. I will keep you informed whether this will be successful.
But I totally agree man, it is so annoying......especially because it seems unfair and it is not clear at all.

Look at the bright side of all this mess: there is still someone answering emails at PokerMinds ...even if the message delivered is to come back playing their site even if they are not paying their debts
Last 2 days i have been coin flipping like crazy trying and playing a lot of heads up sit n go's as the cash tables take too long too clear the necessary 800 points and finally completed the mission -40 the original bankroll cashed out 102 euro hoping it won't take 30 days as for the tournaments on this site only small 50 re buy tournaments and a couple of cash tables very low traffic i give them a month before they are finished GL

I uploaded driver's license i only made minimum deposit of 10 for those 250 free rolls which no longer run the only free rolls running are those small 10 ones and selection of games especially tournaments is sub standard compared too bigger sites all free roll winning's have too be wagered 10X so if you didn't play any free rolls i assume you can withdraw without any issues GL

I promosed to keep you updated regarding my withdrawal attempt so here the first update. Yesterday I made it to > 1000 pokerpoints, so I initiated a cash-out request. Probably, it will take a week to answer the request, but I will keep you informed! If I wont get my money this time, I have a very bad feeling for myself and anyone else with a bankroll there!

Fully AGREEE WITH Casabeto. This is fault of bankrollmob also!! Why bankrolmob.com didint take a step deeper in this isue? Does bankrollmob admins read this posts? Can they answer? Why bankrollmob are sending us to unchecked poker platforms? Maybe beacause we had money for trowing?
