never had this problem but sometimes , it will take them up to 7 days to answer they are the most rude support i have been dealing with i send them a message a while back about disconnection problem , and how i was in big tournament and lost many chips before i was able to reconnect , and i just said i would rather get my account closed if this keep happening and bam they closed my account because i said that mind blown

Yeah their chat should be ok though sometimes they are late to solve your query that is the only thing bad i think from 888poker but otherwise all is good anyway good luck and hope you get your issues solved quick i know the feeling when you have s**t to ask but they not available or you cannot contact them to help you. A couple of years ago when I first started playing poker I had an issue with 888 when unexpected money appeared in my poker account and I tried to find out where it had come from. I had no response from email so in the end I joined the My 888 forum and messaged the guy in charge there and also posted on the forum.That seemed to work and someone got in touch quite quickly after that. Do not use the chat. If I am having a problem with 888poker I always call their hotline. I am from germany and for me it does not cost anything. But I do not know about other countries. And they are nearly always available.
