Dunno, you can probably withdraw anyway, but mostly they will ask for an initial first deposit from you and second they probably going to keep every dollar which you earned specificaly by playing with the no depo bonus money if you try withdraw them before you made enough points - cuz usually they meant to be bonusmoney until you pushed through the requirements.
