I dont know if its just me or if you have notice the following.
If i play a tournament and leave the software, is lobby and the table attached on my task bar if i put my cursor on a player i dont see is country and is amount of chips.
I reported it to PokerStars and after a few mails then they told me that the problem was transfered to their programming team.

hello, i don't have any problem with PS 7. I like 6 better, but since 6 will no longer run, i decided to go on 7 to learn it better and not waiting for the update. The thing is, now i have the all tourneys in the same lobby, and i don't like it. I liked the ones from 6, they were not in the same lobby, i had Freeroll, Regular, VIP , special , regional. Now they are all in the same freaking lobby, and i need to look after them. So from this point of view, from me has - 1, PS 7. But, youhave more stuff added on 7 than it was on 6. I do have some bugs sometimes, when you fold , your bar and the others are getting darker and the ones playing are staying lighter. Sometimes it's change the positions. Those who play are darker and those who fold are lighter. ( that's the only bug i've seen )

Hmm... I didn't notice such subtleties for the new client. Though I on twist essences the terrible conservative and still I use the 6th client Pokerstars.

Yes i have the same issue and it is very annoying, If somebody is sitting out and i want to check their chip stash I can't. For pokersStars 7 I am sitting on the fence as they have some good points but also bad. I find it harder to find tournaments but when i finally do i love the little star where i can add it to my favourites. Then it is easy and simpler to find then, Thats a bonus.
pinotte, Does your PS7 run a lot slower than the old PS6? Mine is a lot slower

I did not notice any change in the speed. But my computer is only six month old thats maybe why.

I got a mail telling me that the software will change to PokerStars 7. As I understood it that should happen automatically. But so far I still have the old version.
Does anyone know if I have to do something to make the update or will it happen automatically?
You will meet the 'seven' eventually, since more or less is forced on everybody and after you updated you can revert back to the old six if you choose so - the program offers you this after the update. Many of us did. It's like a comfortable blanket with some holes in it which still can provide sometimes a warm feeling.
I never expected to say something like this about Jokerstars.

I had a wee play around with 7....but when I play on 7 it feels like I am missing something, and that feeling is enhanced more since you cant see the chip count, or where they are from etc. compared to other sites, 6 is still completely valid

Has not yet gone to pokerstars seven but maybe i should as it will be forced on us i think as i think there have been good feedback from players but either way in the future we will all have to go on this new software so better try it early and get used to it!
Anyway have fun guys with the software and me too getting used to it , anyway good luck guys at the tables and on pokerstars go make some money it is the holidays soon so extra cash and we can make some money off the fishes with big cash!

I had my doubts when it was first released especially after lots of reviews saying how bad it was and the previous version was the best...... however, i have to say that even though it was auto downloaded for me when UK regs changed, i rather quite like it and to some extent find stuff easier to find.
On the whole, its a change. We all hate change, but just compare it to when you buy a new TV. It takes a bit of time to get uised to it, and the remote control, but we all know that our chosen new product is better than the old one, so persevere!

I still have the old version of pokerstars. I do not mind, because I like it and I got used to it so I do not want to change anyway. For me it is the best software on the market. But if it will happen anyway I can not change it.

I have been using Pokerstars 7 since the end of summer and love it!
the highlighting over the player and showing information is a new bug, i thought it was just my connection here not properly downloading and showing me the information!
I like the software, But it still have flaws ,.. I dont like a few things,.. But overral i think its not bad software,.. They all go automtomatic to pokerstars 7 right? Maybe they will fix a few things with update's
