That's the way to do it!!   +2
So, I was sitting in this MTT, very early, only second blind level. I was on the big blind and got dealt AA. Everyone folds except guy on the small blind who goes all-in, of course I call that one! He flips over 33 and hits a 3.

Now, this leaves me with LESS then 1 big blind, heck, I didn't even have enough to cover the small blind. so I was forced all-in with any two cards the very next hand. I got some crappy low non connectors off suit cards, can't remember what they were something like 52 or 64 or whatever. Anyway, I managed to hit a full house quadrupling my stack. I then went on to triple my stack with KQs after hitting a flush.

This went on until I had a decent stack, and what do you know? I was sitting at the final table 3rd in stacks! Now, it was a sat so only 4 places payed. I managed to hold on and finish in 3rd for a nice $20 ticket Big Smile

The moral of the story is: When everything feels hopeless and you have pretty much nothing left, just go all-in with what you have, take care of every opportunity and sooner then you know, you're back on top! Big Smile

This is a very nice comeback. A chip and a chair is sometime true and you just proved it.

I hope you do something very good with your $20.00 ticket and wish you good luck. Worship Worship Worship Worship Worship Worship Worship

Actually I already had the exact same ticket from earlier so those $20 was converted into T$ so I'll be playing some SnG's for it Blink

Well this is a great comeback as it often happens on poker, although unfortunately never to me. But I would not recommend going all in all the time. As soon as your stack is big enough again start playing your normal game.

Thats awesome, sometimes it works out with as little as 40 chips or even less and in few games you are the biggest stack at the table Smile

Went all in yesterday against another guy, he had pocket 10 i had pocket 9 and he won, called me an idiot and i was left with 100 chips or so, just read this story thou and said fck it wont go all in with last chips but rather wait for good spot and try to get back, managed to get back to 1600 and the guy was already sweating hard, however didnt have luck at 66 vs AQ as Q fell on river Tongue

Never give up! Its not over till its over. Awesome comebacks happen! Smile

Thanks everyone!

Yeah, sometimes those comebacks do happen and it's always nice to be on the good side of them Big Smile My biggest MTT win is actually from one of those, although not as big of a comeback as here but still Tongue I think I had something like 3 or 4 BB's and half the field left, 10 minutes later, I was 3rd in chips and went on to win it Big Smile So I have two of these comebacks in my resume Tongue

Of course there is no need to say here you got lucky Smile
All of us at some point we had to go all in with useless cards. But the times we got something good
out of it, cant be compared with the ones we have lost i believe Smile

You're so right about that one! Even if poker is mainly a game of skill, there is, to some degree, luck involved. The laws of, well everything, says that you can't be lucky all the time, the same goes for being unlucky all the time. So in the long run, the skill is what separates the players!

But yeah, no skill involved in that recovery! Tongue Or well, there were some once I had a 10 BB stack so I could pick my shots a little bit but hey, I can't complain, it all went my way by the end of it Big Smile
