This morning i was 27th. on the leaderboard league. I started to play the 13.00ET one and very early i am middle position with KK an early player raised after hesitatiomn i decide to shove the player at my left took a lot of time and call plus the first raise also called. We open and the first have 7 7 i have K K and the other 10 10 . On the river the disaster happend with a 10.
Now i am facing a very hight minus with many position lost.

Auch that sucks, though getting it to 27th position is really nice. You played alot of these then 😊 Im around 1300th place if i remember correct so not that bad either, though i try to make it to the premier league

I am playing 3 tournament a day ET 13.00 17.00 and 21.00 som of the top players are playing at least 4 a day and sometime 5 or 6. I have my strategy to play this open league. If i stop playing now for this month i am sure of top 500. I will waite and see how bad is the disaster.
I only have 20VPP for next month not to much money in the premier league.

Thats sucks big time pinotte, My best finish in the PSO Open skill league was 61st. That was last month, i am going so s**t this month that i have decided to not play it and start fresh next month. Then i hopefull finish nicely on the ladder Good Luck to you also

I am very sorry for you, but this often happens especailly in the early stages of a tournament when many peaple are willing to put all their chips in the pot. You had the best hand but even KK can loose against two players.

In games where you participating in leader boards you often have to think your position regarding to the points. If you dont lose any thats fine. But if you do thats can be a major step back. I guess the specific one is the one that hurts Good luck in your next games.

I haven't played the PSO leaderboard for ages, but chose to do so this month and have at the best played one game every two days. At this moment in time I am around 1250, which I don't think is bad for the amount of tourneys I have played. It does help your focus though so as not to bomb out early like in pinottes example.

few days ago i runned pretty good there was about 200 players left i was in the table where i had controll of the game everything was perfect and than moved to a table with 3,4 nits and one MANIAC not a maniac you would think when he is involved he is raising some hand but he was raising every single hand and i couldnt catch any cards blinds was so high i had to shove 77 from middle position and of course he called A 10 and won the flip.i was feeling sick.How to deal this kind of players when you cant catch good cards?He doesnt care he is risking half of his stack so he will have constant pressure on us

Thebest i could do was like 500 places at the top but nevertherless never reach my full potential as i got bored and did not want to play those kind of freerolls anymore as was not being consisitent one day i would have played well and then the other day i would crap and in the end i would stll be where i started and thus making me lose motivation to play that is why i switched to cash game now more time and money to make!

Wait for you cards play safe, but dont afraid, dont drop top pairs with highest kicker etc. But, patience. those kind of players are like me in Open league. I am playing ONLY to get Big Bang pass = 3x consecutive TOP400, meaning that once i reach it, I dont care any more, because i am not in the league ( I am in premium), even want to finisih it asap, because i am playing in parallel my premier league tournamnet, so to be able to fully concentrate on it. So, patience, get PSO point tool and create your strategy regarding the potential points. Sometimes it is even good to wait to burn down, not to risk at all in order to get 20-30 points...of course, depending on your current place on the leaderboard. Once you get in Premium - it is qiute diferrent play, much more serious, never more than 250-400 players...starts to be a real poker. More predicatble, players are not riskimg so much, rarely find a lunatic at the table, but hatder to get to the positive points. Anyway, wiith solid play, if you wait for premium hands, it is hard to get out of it, since top 800 stay in premium ...so, i would say - the biggest problem is to get into it. 2-3 FT or even top 20 with no major negative points will do for the month. GL all, see you next month in premium. Once you get there, feel free to ask me for any help that I could share with you with my experience so far in it.

After a couple of good tourneys I am now top 1000. So what I hear you say. Well, I don't get to play every d at, still averaging once every two days, so I am pretty happy with my achievement as I haven't played in the open for some time. Hopefully over coming months I will be able to play more of ten so be able to get higher and make more money.

Very good result for the number of tournaments played. I am sure that if you would be able to play more often you would get very good on the leaderboard. But if you want good money you would have to play at least 3 tournaments a day. Wish you good luck for coming month.
Dont forget that if you want good money for next month you have to make 20 points before the end of this month.

Pffff im pretty certain i manage to reach the top 500 and receive a 5 dollar prize, However i didnt managed to make it through the 20fpp mark unless i make some nice prize in the 100k privilige freeroll/ bankrollmob freeroll etc. So prob wont qualify for premier league yet, Suppose woth the $5 i can start a bankroll again and hit the 20fpp mark next month. Those open skill league tourneys is just abc poler at its best first hour wait for monsters like AA , KK rest fold since you always get callers. Last month i did good so why not next month either
