It will be too much hassle for nothing actually. Do like ratovic said. Forget and move on. This is a story that can happen any time in online poker with such small sites, and you should have known about that risk before start playing in any of them.

Personally i think it is a waste of time as there is so many issues to start with. Firstly where is the poker room made? And what are the laws in that country and mostly do the actually give a shite and follow up on fraudulent claims.Then it what maybe court or something and that is money and then it is not guaranteed. What if they file bankruptcy. There is just so much. I have put it down to a learning lesson. As i lost $113 that i deposited

Yes I think it is a waste of time, but yes, I think we should do something. Can BRM play a role here? I don't exactly know what to do, but this feels very very bad. don't like to get robbed....

P.S. Next time a Site appears and has simmilar looking client as Pokermind, make sure not to deposit a cent untill some time passes and new players are in the +++ and not --- . Meaning more and more new people, if its decreasing then dont bother playing there.
P.S.S. Those that believed that a 500$ GTD turneys can run with 60 people making around 150$ buy ins are ... , once they set such turneys up i stopped playing on Pokerminds, was 100% sure its b******t. made a simple 10$ deposit so its not so hard for me.
P.S.S.S they ran 30K depositors freerolls while there were like 90 depositors only, such s**t is impossible to be healthy.

Yeah, but you had to make 1000 points for 100eu of the winnings, so it's like having 100% Rakeback = example you win 100eu on the freerolls, then you have to make 100eu of rake, and then you can withdraw the 100eu.
I have 200eu up there from normal winnings. What is even possible for us to do? It's very s**tty how pokernews & bankrollmob don't even care about this, but they were the 1st to advertise them. They should be the one to make this right. Protected players my ass!

Not a bad advise, to take some time before you start registering in every site that opens up. Wait for it, to get some evaluation from other players, and then you can give it a go. But when you join in a site like this only for the freerolls you must expect everything along with accepting that something like this might happen. Cause i dont believe there are many members depositing at once in such sites, unless it is required at some point, in order to cash out your freeroll winnings. Which also requires more thought
