Next time u have A10 in hand in 100k and someone before you before rewards goes all in, call and be surprised i like such players alot. Ussualy have 10k+ before bubble, when i play with AK AA KK only i seldom make it into rewards (100k)

And try some 89 67 same color also now and then it works. (100k)

Canadians are well known in Pokerstars to be "soft" players so i always go and bluff most of times it works. Same goes for German players.

Now go and try bluff a russian if you dare Smile

Land a pair on flop go all the way no matter if its the lowest. (100k before bubble)

U may say u got donked but hey, if there are high cards 3 times in row on board and u go in the game with AK the forth flop high chances u might go against two pair russian with some 9,6 or something notice stuff like that too and it will be easier.

+ i hear people praise multitabling i never play on more than one table at same time, for me its not poker to just play on same cards always same. U need to know who u play against how often he went into game what cards he is going into the game with and stuff like that it will be way easier if you pay attention.

On your BRM profile i see that you never entered in BRM leaderboard tournaments. I wonder how you can give opinions on something you never played.

As to your remark as country players you are very far from the truth. Who do you think you are to classified players by their countries. Aww crap! Aww crap! Aww crap! Aww crap! Aww crap! Aww crap! Aww crap! Aww crap!

I am talking about 100k freerolls as you can see (100k) i play on pokerstars for last 3 years so i have experience with players from specific countries.

As for BRM freerolls, i have no time to play 4 hours while 2 of them are simply folding for a chance for 5$.

Being in full tilt leaderboard 4x i see you have time, i have recommended to cut those times in half already but was heavily rejected due to (we want it this way to get rid of donks, u dont rid yourself of donks but of people who have no time or nervs to wait till blinds start pushing again and then play like they played at begging of turney.)

Make that 100$ freerolls -> 1 instead 4x25 and you will see me on leaderboard too.

This is what i mean you are talking about somethink that you have never played. Is it just to tell us that you have been gold for the last 3 years.

I am sure that thes kind of tournaments have nothink to do with what we are talking here.

If you sir have no time to play them and compare them to what you are playing again you are very wrong and dont know what you are talking about.

Play the games that are of interest for you and talk about these games and not one that you are too good to play. If you want start a thread about 100K freeroll and then you would be talking with peoples of your caliber.

how does using your time get rid of donks? if anything it would make more donks because it will tilt more people....if I am going to shove with a s**t hand, I am going to do it regardless of how long you take to play your cards

You dont understand that in doing that they are playing within them and then reduce their numbers.
i was playing this game very tight and bet only with monster hand. Mind you i know can loose anyway
but until one repported me and pokerstars told me they would take action. I wont play this game anymore since it was the only game i was using my time. You can verify the first 15th. top leaderboard and there is only one that made a final table. where are the other winners. And i can assure you that there is still a lot of players using their time. I have a question are you playing PSO open league?

yup I play PSO but I don't take it seriously because I know there are 7000 other players just willing to call with anything as there is nothing to loose. I can understand using your time in a money buyin when its close to final table, or near the bubble. but for a freeroll - pffft....but it doesn't take that long to decide when the factors in online poker are quicker to sum up than when playing live

actually i played alot of FTP BRMs but dont rly put much attention to them, they start i go all in what happens happens, same goes for FTP bronze edge stuff, somewhere around bubble i lose my nervs cause on FTP its even 10x worse than on PS with game stalling, whats 3 out of 9 on PS is 9 out of 9 on FTP, i only wait when i have something to smoke otherwise i rather go risk (happened several times that i ended right infront bubble but i dont mind will get it back on some good turney once with such gameplay..., can i recommend you a site that you will like ?

Full Flush Poker - you will play against 800 players from US with just a few donks there, is like less than 10%, freerolls are around 100-150$ first 20/30 places paid, is not hard to earn there. Give it a try im sure u will like Smile

Just read through this entire thread.... Pinotte, I am entirely in agreement with you, and don't agree at all with any of the Mobsters suggesting that you are doing anything wrong... or that your taking time is in any way an admission of a lack of skill.

Everyone has a time bank, everyone is entitled to use it. Simple.

Many years ago, I actually wrote to PokerStars to complain about someone doing this... In that situation, I was playing a Hyper tourney, and the time-waster in question was the chip leader. He was taking maximum time over every decision, with the obvious aim of forcing the blinds up and take advantage of his big stack... It meant most levels we played one or two hands, sometimes even missed entire levels out altogether....

My reply: Everyone has the same amount of time, and everyone is entitled to use it as they see fit.

And what exactly are u using your timeback for?

Usually to go to the toilet.... maybe run downstairs and get a drink.... Possibly even a tough decision....

Or maybe, sometimes... Just because I know I can use it to my advantage.

There are two types of people in this world...

People who don't use anything available to them to give themselves an advantage, when it's perfectly within the rules...

and good poker players.

I will sometimes take ALL the seconds I can when playing against ALL IN during multiple hands. They waisting my time I shall waist thiers. Plus when close to payout I will slow down my play especially if someone has been sitting out most of the game. All in all gl to everyone on the felts. Smile

I rarely waste my timebank - I'm just taking Pinotte's side here, as he is totally in the right. What I am saying though, is that if it would be in my benefit to waste time... then I would.

I would welcome the warning mails, as I could then reply telling them just how ludicrous it is for them to complain about players using something they were all given....

It just occurred to me (answering another thread), that I use the timeout relatively often when falling asleep between hands (even when playing cash games), though usually the first beep wakes me up, but then I need some time to think, so it's mostly close to timing out by then...

First i appreciate that a good player like you is taking my side and understand my way of playing this particular tournament.

As to the warning the last paragraph of the rules is open to their interpretation the way they decide. There is nowhere in the rules that is talking really about time taking.

However they are running the place i cant do more. So i just decided to stop playing this tournament. Thumbs Up Thumbs Up Thumbs Up Thumbs Up Thumbs Up Thumbs Up

I have scraped by life over the last few years and never ever say no to anything offered to me....its my own survival skills and I personally apply them to poker. I use anything I can that is given to me to my advantage. I know people say well Im a shitty poker player when I do this, well I have a first and 2nd place finish in PSO this year.

Yes some luck involved but I can bet that I did not have one second left in my time bank....
