You are not the first player to write on this forum about the winnerbonus being delayed so maybe they take a while to release it to you. I don't know if you have seen this section but if you look in top right corner of page,under support,you then click on "mob account" then "account" and scroll down to the bottom of the page to "bonus requests" it will tell you if the bonus has been approved,pending or rejected. If you have done everything right, then it hasnt been lost, thats for sure. Just a delay. Some times it takes a little longer to get a bonus. Weekends dont count in. Probably you will get it by the end of this week. Good luck with it.
mine was rejected think the reason was coz it wasnt downloaded on here ( as it wouldnt work ) but wanted it anyhow as i play the casino side of it and nice to transfer a little over every now and then

sorry to hear that budgie was wondering if it will work for you, imo its due to your casino account. U get 10$ even if you get there on your own.

In order too get a bonus you need to download it from here. If you havent done so and you have downloaded from somewhere else, but you didnt get registered, then you will need to uninstall, clear cookies cache and stuff and then try.
If you manage to catch any unexpected extra goodies along with their software download,...try downloading "Search Everything" to removes all the irritating stuff...
...speaking of 'Search Everything'...haven't seen rfdflyboy around for quite some time...
