Im trying to verificate my phone number but i cant tryied it 3 times already.When i didnt got the call first time i thought something is wrong with my phone but than i used 2 different phone numbers and didnt got the call again.Bankrollmob is sending me the same mail i should use different number and when i do i cant verify.What should i do?

i did it already but i think i saw somewhere on site you need to verificate both (phone and id) to get a no deposit bonus on poker sites.Thats why i opened this thread.With id there was no problem at all,but i dont know what is the problem.Have you done phone verification?

tryed first time, and there is so much noise when operator said number, and I enter wrong, and then I have to request another one from administrator to let me do it again, so he did, and again I heard wrong... and I gave up...

Surely your ID here has nothing to do with a poker website and their bonuses, BRM is only an affiliate of these companies. But to get anything from here yes you will need to verify.

i done phone ver. and it worked (cant remember if i had to enter my +386 country number or not)
P.S. Was done on Mobile: At some verification on phone i did before u have to enter country number manualy, also some sites dont accept the additional 0 as in +386 040 xxx xxx but +386 40 xxx xxx
P.S.S. DafaPoker called me from china or wherever they are and lost my phone number for 2 days... sent em to hell. could just send over a msg.

probably the issue is country code, that's the only part of your phone that can be wrong. try to search the web on your county code, maybe there are a few possible ones to use or you must use/not use + sign or sth similar. just toy around a bit. if nothing helps contact brm directly- or press "report" button below your post to get the attention from brm staff.

As far as I know it you do not need to verificate both (phone and id) to get a no deposit bonus on poker sites. As long as your account is approved, which it should be after ID verification, you should get the bonus.

Yes it also works for me identification driver licence with pic. and other verification and never had phone verification and a got my accpount upgrade.
