Hello,
So i made an withdraw over 2 weeks ago from duck poker. I sent my Driver's License, my ID Card and a document released by local authorities having my address. In 2 weeks i sent them 8-9 mails, i got only 2 responses. Last response was last week. I sent them another 2 mails last week and 1 few days ago and i got no response. I'm getting upset. I want my money... Why should we wait weeks for a cashout? I wanted to go on a trip this week... and with the money from them i would have it, but now ... i don't have enough.
Their phucking motto " We place our players first" , yeah phucking right .... over 2 weeks for an withdraw and still counting... Aww crap!

Hey Qzmag, that sucks!

It seems they have a very small staff. The guy who answered me (usually withtin 3 days though) was always the same guy, Jimmy... Did they accept your documents or you still don't know? Keep us posted. Good thing is we'll never have to go through this verification process again, but it seems weird that they don't answer all your mails. Confused

Hello,
Well they answered after 8 days ... that i need to send another pics at high quality ( it was good enough... ). I send another hicg quality pic , now i'm waiting what they will say next week. It has been almost 1 month... from my withdraw.
I think Jimmy is the one responding to my mail too. It seems when it comes to withdraw, it takes at least 1 week. I had some questions before making an withdraw and they answer me after few hours and 1 day tops.
