New gaming laws in Mexico that will be put into place next year are expected to separate the local market from the rest of the world. Foreign companies that want to operate poker sites in Mexico will be able to apply for a license.

I do not care at all about New Gaming Laws which separate Mexico's Poker market from the rest of the world. As long as there are no disadvantages for the German market they can do whatever they want.

i really dont know who is in advantage in this case , becouse i dont see mexico market to be similar with italian , french or spain market .
also i dont see to many poker room to ask for license there.
but who know as someone said upper , probably is another way to money laudering for cartels .
anyway , the mexico it was the easiest way for americans to play on europeans skins, and is more badly for them with this restriction
