If it is money that you have deposited or win in playing other than freeroll i think no peoblem.
However if its money won in freeroll then you will have to earn points before you can withdraw these winnings. Look in there rules and conditions you will have all the info there good luck.
Ask their support by e-mail, best way to get the info you need. Withdrawals work but there are some things you have to do first. You have to make 30 points for the BRM NDB and 30 points for each 5$ of real money you make in freerolls to be able to withdraw freeroll money.
When I made a cashout request (with remaining balance of $100 or so in tournament bucks in my account) Duck seized all the TBs I had at that time and subsequently closed the account without any explanation. Fortunately, I did receive real money balance in full.

Yes because you have to deposit to withdrawl i beleave and if u had frree money there are requirements before you can cash perhaps thats what the problem is anyway wish you the best hope you get to cash!

Every post here about Duck Poker and their withdrawing are with problems nobody can make withdraws without problems. I hope you make a deposit first , after you trying to make withdrawal ? I wish you luck each one here .
I sent an email requesting how many points i need for cash out yesterday and after that i open my account my full bankroll from free roll winnings 80 won on Bankroll mob leader board free rolls was gone with no explanation or email from Duck Poker putting players first ya right totally agree with Tony this site is corrupt and criminal
