hello guys
It sometimes feels like i tilt alot easier after a break I do lose concentration after a break sometimes
For most people, getting away from the game (taking a break) allows them to clear their head so that they can maintain their self control the next time variance (inevitably) bites.

Hey dude, it is not just you. I find I do that from time to time as well. Part of it is like jeffaboy said. Things go great before the break and then seem to go south after the break. When this happens to me I find that just taking another quick break helps a lot. Just sit out for a hand or two, take a few deep breaths and remind yourself that you are there to win. A big part of turning a tilt around is recognizing that you are on tilt. . Once you recognize it get your brain back into prpoer playing. I hope this helps. Good luck at the tables fellow Mobsters. P.S. Quit tilting

I find when I am on a good roll I like to keep playing till I tilt, I do not stop until I am either broke or have what I lost back. I find if I manage to make the money back I will break for a day or 2 and usually do well!
Problem I come on here to post and read how well people are doing and think.....I can do the same, lol but I usually play well when I come back!

I only usually get all tilty after a long downswing to the point where you just don't feel like playing anymore... Then you get a few cards and when you play them some donk is destroying you with junk...!
...then I get all crazy and start playing like that as a last resort to shake things up,..and inevitably it's time to get away for a day or so...!

The five minutes break is good if you have something to do but i never tilt after a break cause very often after the first break is very good to me and cards comes and stack got bigger.

I often find that i do make some fundamental mistakes just after a break and it does take me a few hands to get back into the zone. I try to run the clock down now straight after a break just to make sure i am making correct decisions

well think about it, say you lose $10 right now, you go fcuk, sh1t, rigged etc... then take a break- then come back and lose $10 again... what is the difference between you losing $10 earlier and losing $10 after taking a break? moral of the story: it's not the break that can "heal" you, but the results- if you come back after a day or year without poker and keep bleeding cash left and right... you ain't gonna tilt easier...
