Wow your goal is winning $5,00.00 in 2015. I wish you do it its a very hight goal but you probably can do it. I dont set any goal cause i am just playing poker like a hobby my only goal is not to loose a bankroll and i think i am pretty sure of it.

Id like to do the same. Build a roll without frequent deposits. Cannot stand the micro stakes tho, fun them boring and like the thrill of having a chace at real money. So it probably wont happen. But hey pokers a hobby away from the wife and kids so im happy eather way

I am not rly setting any goals other than to tackle at least 4 figure prize on one of the turneys and try a live event instead, regional & try a bit more to get on an international via online sat on PS. I deposit like 50$ a month max, ussualy less, was fcking with ring games this year but dont rly want to play poker every day grinding there, will concern myself more with a good turney a week and put lots of attention to it. I think my winnings were around same as my deposits but spend em later without withdrawing so its just in the negative, it isnt rly bothering me since its not much i am spending on it, some people play video games or go waste money on other stuff, i dont find it bad to risk a bit of it for a chance for better life. Almost was there this year but finished 45th instead blaaah, ill get there Wish everyone good luck following their dreams may the Flop be with you!

Poker isn't really a game that lends itself to targets within set periods, it is a long term game.
With that in mind, I am continuing on my quest to make £5000 to pay for my wedding.
I will be starting the year with a BR of around £600 (£0 in 2013 and £142 in 2014). I have made £1100 this year but some went on bills etc.
As an aim, I am hoping to play a few more tournies but mainly put some volume in stars sngs and see how that goes. Work busy atm so will see how it goes.

I like this goal. Instead of setting $ amounts. Ive won quite a few 5$ 90man progressive bounty tourneys. so ill set a goal of winning one 11$ 180 man progressive tourny ill try twice a month so im not putting alot of money to waste.
My poker goals in 2015 would be: spending less time on poker forums, spending less time playing poker, spending less time reading about others on poker forums who are indeed playing poker, spending less time on achieve my poker goals, spending less time on everything, spending less time, spending less... Whatever, why would I have goals, this is the only thing in my life right now where nobody expects nothing from me and it's a good feeling.

Over a long period of time, like a year, it certainly is possible. It all depends on the amount of volume. The more it is, the more exact your estimations can be set (and obv. winnings should increase at the same time)

I have only one goal and that is to be able to go up in stakes. Since my last cashout I'm down to only $3 that I left in my account (and currently have grown to $3.26) so I'm sticking to the $0.10 games right now. I'm hoping that by the end of the year I've grown my bankroll enough to be able to play the $5 games.

My Goal is to become a better poker player. As I am just a beginner I do not care that much about winnings, of course poker makes most fun when you are winning, but improving my skills seems more important to me.

My goal is to improve my games as I have lost more than I won and that's a bad bad thing. I find myself a tourney guy and for the last year, I've read a lot of things about tourney and I am almost ready to apply them. In January, I will make a deposit of 100 and wish on Pokerstars and I will try to buy a decent bankroll from there. I do not want to cashout untill I January 2016 but, If there will be some decent winning, I might cashout early. Good luck everyone!
