Poker hiatus, getting obliterated. Help?  0
So I stuck $75 on stars and now I'm down to $21 by playing and rebuying once in an MTT, then a few sit and gos, won all the double ups then moved to playing 6 max sngs and lost all 3. My hiatus has only been since June, I've known people who's gameplay doesn't change after being inactive for even longer. What extent of reading do I need to do to revise strategy? I can say I'm barely an intermediate player who hasn't played enough volume (time restraints) but I thought playing would help me get back into it but I keep getting lost in odd situations. Its horrible not knowing how you lost, by running bad or playing bad or what extent of both. Any advice In Picking up again after a few months? Aww crap! Confused

Try a site that allows you to play your favorite format, for small buyins. That way you can play some volume to get back into it, without losing much money.
E.g. party poker has SNGs starting at $0.10

Good luck!

Yeah it is hard to tell if its your game, or just a bad run, with such a low amount of games.

It's all about the volume.

That said, the game is changing drastically.

When I first started playing poker I won a fair amount just playing ABC poker. Things changed so much that that is unlikely to happen now, you gotta shake it up.
