If i were you i would write PokerStars support immediately.
If they tell you that you are log from another computer it could just be a mistake but it also can be someone else that got your password and playing with your account.
I wish its not the case but dont loose time in trying anything else.

disconnect phone from internet, and try to log in on pc... if you still cannot log in and it says that you are log in on another device, contact support imideatly, and change password hope it will work without support

I only get that message when I have been playing on my phone then log onto my computer too soon. Sometimes there is a delay in the logoff process but if you have been completely logged off on both ends and still get that message then someone has gotten your password and account information!

Happends to me all the time since i play on phone tablet and laptop. Could be a login loop were u were left not qctive ro long and the logout got fucked up. Write support theyll log u out from thrre end

ususally it's nothing serious... stars call it "hanging login"... it means that you didn't log out properly from somewhere you have been playing. write to support and they will log you out from other device.
