...how true,...it IS usually the way...!!! < lol...
I've been keeping track of the final results of what A K did,...or 'could' have brought me for years,....and they will lose 90% of the time,...yet, when you get them,...they give you a sense of strength and visions of stacking up....!
...and besides,...Daniel says ..."AK...? .....What's A K ....???"

AK ........ One of the top pocket hands that a player can be dealt! But just like any other dealt hand, a hand that can be beaten as and when you progress to the flop. This hand is designed to win PRE Flop, and therefore once the flop has landed, you are in the pit with everyone else. It's not the hand that you need to play, but the board that lets AK win or lose.

I love when i get those Ak hands and i bet and i get nothing on the board, lol, seriously happens all the time and you have to check your spot and see if it would be profitable to c bet, i know a lot of people who miss the flop and then c bet i just call and bet on the turn to get their money, it is obvious when they 3 bet here and check the flop, they might have missed it ! Be warry it all depends on who you playing anyway good luck!

It is a hand that gets over played from too many. High bets from preflop till river and even with no hits i see many ending up, going all in on river. And then someone calls and the laughs follow I have lost a fair time with that hand. And i an all in preflop my history i cant say, it is that good.

When I am having AK I nearly always play it, no matter if it is suited or not. The only question is how aggressively I play it. On a loose table, I sometimes shove, but against tighter players a normal raise is good enough for me. But never do I fold AK.

Haha so true, especially when your raising limpers with a big bet. My eyes always light up when I see them(Especially suited) but it always turns to tears.
