So, today i made my first deposit there. 120€, i got my bonus and all was good. Played a bit and decided to take a break when i had 150€ on my account so +30€. Now i try to login and booom... Your account is locked, contact the support. Mail to the support send and no answer at all since 1h, not even a crappy autoresponder that comeone is looking into the issue... WTF?

this happen to me too with william hill,but they waited for a day,then they lock me out,and I sent email,I sent my id and utility bill,then they tell me they will be giving me back my deposit,and locking my account...lol...meh...I'll just stick to net bet or pokerstars..no real loss for me,I really don't like Ipoker any way,but I do like some of there rooms..
If it's not an internal problem with their log-in method or whatnot, then they are porbably asking for identification and some scans of your documents. Not a big deal, don't worry. You won't be able to log-in until you identify yourself, this is standard in many places.
If this isn't the case... Then I would not get my hopes up. Something else might be their problem with your reg. Try to call them, it's probably faster.
