actually is not really indicated in same time when you play to listen music or doing napoleon things . brain is not used to be so concentred on 1 thing in the samer time when you do other things like : listen music , watching movies etc. so , my opinion is just stop doing things like this becouse you concentration will disapear and will be very hard to play your A game
I am listening podcasts instead of music. Music have a calming effect during pokerplay but I rather choose to dive in and out of conversations when I play so that way I keep my senses and thoughts in shape. See, if you listen comedy podcasts and you have terrible suckouts it won't effect your overall mood cuz you will just laugh your way through all of it. I highly recommend this to everybody (I saw in an other thread that even demo did the same with stand-up comedy while he played. It's a good method too, youtube has basicaly everything).
