Full Tilt Poker - Missing funds  0
Anyone had any experience of this?

I know we are only talking a few cents, but I had $14.06 in my account. Sat down with 80c putting cash at $13.26.
Left table with just under $2 but didn't get added to account.

I just requested account history, it is showing me not playing at all today, though I definetly did, both on laptop and mobile.

Any ideas?

I am not a Fan of Full Tilt, but actually they always were really fast in terms of cashing in, withdrawing or rewarding cash you just won..

maybe you should really consider calling the support..

That sounds rather alarming to me...! More like something you might expect over on partypoker, but certainly not Full Tilt...!!!

Their software seems pretty much impeccable to me...!!! Never had ANY problems with glitches of any sort...!

We'll just wait and see what the outcome is...! Smile Thumbs Up

I'm confident it'll get straightened out to your satisfaction...! Dollar

really thats weird cause the big sites the money goes into your account right away,if you play on sites like tiger gameing the money goes into your account when the tourney ends

they sent me some account history and it looks like there was $3 'lost' at some point in the afternoon.

I am fairly certain I didn't lose it, but I cant prove it either way.

I will let this one go but will certainly keep an eye on it in the future.

That is serious... maybe someone have you password O.o if you are sure that you didnt spend that 3 $ maybe someone else did... Just keep an eye on your balance and if you see something wierd, alarm the admins... also I suggest to change your password Thumbs Up

Hi there, just reading this thread and because I just assume they don't make mistakes I never keep exact tabs on my balance, I would notice anything big, but a few cents or a couple of dollars I probably wouldn't, I will keep an eye on it from now on.

Wait, shouldn't they have to proof how you lost this money?
They just can't say 'sorry bro, you lost it at some point and now it's gone' lol

Well, they say I lost it at the tables (they show the tables). But I was having dinner at the time.
If I did play it would have been on mobile, so no hand history from my end.

Like I said though, I cant be 100% sure it wasn't me, so will keep an eye on it. $2 out of a bankroll of $1200 wont break the bank, its just a bit annoying Tongue

Password has been changed now though to be on safe side.

So when you lost it at the tables then your ghost was playing? Did you have an out of body experience?
I really don't understand, you should watch for those handhistories more carefully again cuz something is fishy here.
If you would've been hacked, then all of your BR would've ended up somebodys pocket at one of the high stakes tables, no three bucks worth the risk to get caught in something like this.

my whole BR on that site is only $14 (from zero though!!) so i am thinking i have not been hacked Tongue

im assuming if ppl wanna hack someone, they wouldn't go for a freeroll player

I am also not really happy about the outcome.
Let us know if something will happen again.

But let's hope it won't come so far

nothing will come from it now, they say i played, i cant prove (or even be 100% sure) i didn't

all i can do really is watch the br in the future

tbh i really hope its my mistake, i like full tilt Tongue

I would be very surprise that Full Tilt woukd make a mistake on someone account.

You say your not 100% sure that you did not loose it being at a dinner with other peoples around i suppose its very possible than you were distract and loose one hand or made a miss click.

However it cost nothing to verify your BR closer in the future. Good Luck to you. Confused Confused
