I know what you mean. All I know is that he had 3.000 Chips when I got to his table. He just lucked all the way up to 100.000. What are the Odds for this lol

If that guy was really going all-in with exactly every second hand he got, it might have been a bot player. I cannot imagine any real player doing that. These loose guys are either going all in with every single hand at the beginning or with every good hand.
