I decided to talk to support as well, it seems BRM needs to provide the list with invites:

It just says "Sorry!!! You're not invited to this tournament.", just like it used to do, before I made enough points to qualify.
Last week, it was reported on the Sunday itself, and it did not get sorted. Hopefully, you can still fix it this week, since it's only Friday now? Dobrina: Welcome to Live Help! edit: I just noticed there a no Party Poker freerolls mentioned on the "Freerolls" page; that might be a clue to what's gone wrong...?

It was listed last week though and didn't run :/
My mail to BRM support...
The Bankrollmob $200 Freeroll on party hasn't had invitations sent out for it (same as last week). It didn't run last week as no-one could enter and it won't run this week if invites don't get sent. This would make it the 7th time it hasn't run in the last 3 months (7 out of 13 is a pretty poor return). That is $1400 in prize money not paid out to about 30 on average regulars)
I do not consider this as a freeroll as we have to create rake at $25 per month (50 points) in order to play.
So, in effect, we have lost on average $47 prize money (1400 / 30). We have also had to pay out $75 in rake for the period in which we were unable to play the games as advertised. $47 + $75 = $122 swing in our bankrolls which is a huge amount when you consider I only sit with a max of $3 a time at the tables.

WOW! I haven't earned enough points to be in this yet again, but am wishing that I had cos then I would truly appreciate the pain and effort and potential loss that is involved in such a matter as the game not going ahead or players not being able to register.
This can be a target for this year! Win enough points for the BRM party freeroll. And not get to play it! LOL........ Hope you all get it sorted and win heaps!

Thanks IQA and marquis for trying to get this sorted for the 40 or so regulars,your effort is appreciated. It was disappointing that the last game was cancelled.I don't get the chance to play many tournaments but this one has been good to me in terms of prize money and it is,in my opinion, a very good structure for a $200 freeroll but as IQA says to earn 50 points to enter means it is not really a freeroll,especially for the micro stakes,recreational players. I didn't bother with points in December as I'm away for a couple of Sundays but hope you get it sorted soon,and maybe a bonus game for the games we missed

I doubt the tournament will start with just one person. All tournaments have a minimum requirement or they get cancelled. And so far, I have never seen in any poker site such rules. But I have seen tournaments start with all players in the money

Partypoker and pokerstars and fulltilt, do Not have to provide bankrollmob with freerolls, they do this as a token to show how much they appreciate their business. the money doesn't come from BRM, nor does it come from the poker site, this money is usually provided by the 3rd party, the company that handles the affiliates. you should be thankful that brm gets so many freerolls, as their are poker forums out there that are crying for freerolls. so stop crying when you can't play one.

It is not paid from your rake, it is a freeroll that has stipulations in order to join, one, you must have signed up through brm's link, two , you must have 50 party points to play, that doesn't mean your paying for it, it means only active players, can play the freeroll. they don't want deadbeats playing, they only want to reward active players with a freeroll.

BRM is a business, they don't put on these games out of the kindness of their heart.
It most certainly is paid for from rake, it is a form of rakeback. It is how the many rakeback sites work. You can be sure they make more than $200 rake a week from the guys who play these games. If they stop making more, they will stop the games. It really is that simple.
Why do you think they say you have to sign up through BRM link? It is not because they want to reward us, it is to make sure we have paid rake to BRM in order to play.

It is not that I dislike party, it is still my favourite choice of site.
But I can only make profit there if the games run on a regular basis. They aren't, and I am not so loyal to the site or BRM that I will continue playing there if I can't make a profit.
I will for sure deposit again maybe in the future if they have a +EV promotion for me though

Usually there are about 40 entered, that all have at least raked $25 in the previous month. With 4 games per month, the absolute minimum is $250 of generated rake per game.
On the other hand, both BRM and the site need to be paid from this, as well as any other bonuses, these players are clearing. So if all 40 players are just doing the absolute minimum of 50 points, I doubt BRM/Party is making money from them, depending on which percentage they get from party, and who is actually paying for the $200 prize pool...
At the moment, I'm good for about 100 points per month, and I'm sure a good few of us will be raking much more than that.
About the 4 players that are currently registered; what makes them special? Is there some other way to qualify, other than what we are all doing? Or are they just "well-connected"?
