From what I heard, if you want to go serious about sportsbetting, sign up on the bigger sites, like bwin, betfair, unibet etc, and look where you get the best odds on specific games you want to bet on. Having an E-Wallet like skrill or neteller will be invaluable for that, and it will get you the best chances possible to make profit instead on staying on just one site.

I am deeply sorry man, but I do not know much about sport betting sites. But when I was searching for the best poker clients I used internet ratings. There were several of them. Something similar should also exist concerning sport betting sites.

If you can control yourself, betfair will give you the best odds most times, though they have relatively little offers and you pay commission on your winnings. It is my site of choice though.
Bet365 gives good offers and is quick enough.
The uk sites like William hills/stan james etc give great offers and dump free money in your account every so often, so even if you don't use the site, you should have an account there, especially the poker client.
I can give advice on most sites if you have any in mind, I play nearly all the main ones

There are a lot of online sportsbooks on both sides of the Atlantic. First choose on what type of sports you want to bet, and where the better bookies for those sports are located. Choose one of the bigger bookies. Look out for good bonus/free bet offers. Bwin rarely has some, most others have. A lot of outfits have it all, poker, casino, sport bets. If you have a poker account at one of those, take a bit of your funds there, and try it out first.
If u wanna make your bet mostly pre-game on popular markets, then Pinnacle is the best choice - next to Betfair - but with Betfair only the betexchange section will give you good odds, their own sportsbook section won't. If u wanna bet mostly live and in game, then Bet365 is unbeatable, there isn't a shitty market in the world where they won't offer you the opportunity to bet (from u22 brasilan basketball to chinese woman voleyball - basicly they have anything you could want - even albanian goatsheperds league or whatnot). If u wanna simply have a good time I would advise to register at WilliamHill, they have nearly unbeatable bingopromotions and their vegas section is full of good slotmachines. Every week they have cashback promos and other usable offers there. Their pokersoftware is usable too. Downside though that their sportsbook is average at best. Forget about Bwin, Uni.bet (though they usually have good bet insurance promos, but since they have their own pokerclient the whole firm went downhill IMO), Coral and Gamebookers - only register onto these - or any other lesser sites - if they offer you good welcome bonuses, otherwise the main four we mentioned already should be enough.

A bit of advice, before you make a deposit, find out what method of cashout they have, i had a cashout at betfred, and they sent me a check, turns out they are not cashable in canada, don't have the tracking numbers on them like ours do. i only use sites that i can deposit from my bank and withdraw back into my bank. but also check and see if they take instadebit, that is one of the best methods for canadians to use.

bet365 the best site for sports betting and there bonus is better and also they tends to have more promotions around the year like the risk free bet and you can guarantee profit if done right! Also it all depends which market or sports you betting! For example if you want to bet on American football than European bookies are not worth it as the juice is more so better go for American bookies but they are not so popular!

Their juice is not always better and pretty much they are the first in line with reactions anytime Vegas moves the spread and the totals on games so even on major american sports I would advise to choose european bookies for the time difference and their relative knowledge about missing key players and local weather (both are important part of picking outdoor games exspecially in january). Sometimes they good at long times, but you don't make decent ROI on longtime bets.

There are quite a few ones. All have good offers. I suggest u nibet, be t365 and will iam hill. In betting the differences in odds aren't huge ones from site to site but at the end they accumulate. If you are playing live you will notice that some don't have many games up. There was a system in u nibet where you could bet on live and choose to get your winning in lower odds than you bought before the end of the game. I don't know if they still have this option though.

bet 365 really? aren't they unofficially called bet 3.65? (not very friendly to bigger bets).
betfair is the best for me (or at least was the best, until i got a ban from them). pinnacle, hmm heard good things of them, but haven't tried personally- yet their odds are fab. william hill- a safe choice if in doubt.
