Just reading about the schedule and got a little confused,is the buy in for the main event $10,000? if so what site would we be better trying to sat a seat if we were lucky enough to be going to Vegas in July? Not going but was curious...

entry for main event on wsop is always same... its 10000$ but for the satelit for wsop I dont know which one is the best because I never tryed it, but I am preaty sure its pokerstars... If you are planing to play it I wish you a tons of luck!!!

Yeah entry for the main event in WSOP is huge but there are satellites which are LESS but the LESS is still a log like 200 for a buying to a satellite and will not be worth it if you play the satellite wins it and go to bust on the first few minutes of the main event. but do check around at the time when WSOP or any other online tournaments are up you get some good sites giving away some free satellites so check them out you never know!

Every years most of the sites, include satellites in their tournament schedule. Some of them are very good ones and you have good chances of getting a ticket much cheaper. You may even start for the ticket by playing in freerolls in some. You will need extra luck though, cause you have more steps till the final goal

I am one day hoping to play in the main event of the WSOP just like most players I dream of getting that braclet one day but for now I am just a huge fan and spectator.
