Unibet scamming & Bad customer support (LONG STORY)  0
For the first, I want to start with this: I made here already a ticket, but I didn't recive any answer yet (it's ok with that, I can understand that you are busy and I'm not the only one who made tickets here, or I might be hard to be belived with what it's actually going right now with me and with this unibet poker).
For the second, I know what you will think now, that I'm just one case in maybe one hundred people who recive that treatments or maybe I deserve it (which is not true, and I suggest you to continue reading this).
For the third part, I want you to know that I'm not a bluffer, a fisher or anything like that.
And for the fourth part, I want you to know that it's not any new player protection in unibet, because I registred here too little time ago. I'm from Romania, but I moved in Belgium recently, and with laws which we have here, we need to make another account as we have another ID (different from Romania, with an personal national number and all of that, so the account was made recently here, but sometime ago in Romania, and I didn't played too much on Romania on this poker platform, to be sincerly with you).
Now...the last part is this one:
I started here and deposited from the first time when I registred, I didn't stay and hope for a miracle, I was pretty strong in my way of thinking that's everything will be all right. So, I start playing, and I lost...all what I deposited, and I didn't lost like a fisher, I lost like a pretty good player (in my opinion, I learned this poker school and another poker school from another site also, so I didn't bluff much, or when I was bluffing, I was bluffing small amounts and if I was bluffed over, I folded). Automatically when I saw I lost all my money which I was deposited, and played almost every time only with top pairs or top cards, I was out of my mind and I requested to be excluded from the poker platform, which they did with no problems, why?! Because I just lost all of my money and they keep sending me new promotions (almost like a spam message over and over again), then I told them to exclude me from the poker platform. Anyways, yesterday, I asked him to reopen my account, which again, they did, and they told me that I was kind of lucky because if I was self-exclude myself (some tool on their site), they couldn't reopen the poker platform for me. All good until now, beside the part with deposit and things. They reopen my account in 3 hours, after I told them, because they already told me about 2 hours ago they will reopen it, and I contact them again, and after 1 hour after the last contact they did reopened it (so 2+1=3). Ok, I wanted to deposit again, but this time, I was told myself that I should try to play a freeroll first (because was 3 on that day) to see how it works. So I wanted to register at a first one which was about to start in 10 minutes or something, I couldn't, I contact them again, they told me that they are really sorry for me and they don't know the reason, and the next one is today if I want to play (the same type like that one which I wanted to play) and they told me that should be a problem with my account, not with their site, and also to make a printscreen when I will have another problem like that (which I did at the second freeroll). The second freeroll, again, couldn't play, register, nothing -> here is the printscreen which I sended to them: http://postimg.org/image/4ufzaonfp/
All right, I was register finally in a freeroll (with password protection), a pretty big prize (no reason to lie about it) and few players because that freeroll was only for belgian players. First hand, guys, first hand:
3 players remain to see the flop, watch here what is going on, 2 printscreens for it to see how I played my hand, and maybe you will see too that I wasn't a fisher or anything like that, here they are:
http://postimg.org/image/h0rdjjnwv/
http://postimg.org/image/gxd4evupf/
Now...it was a freeroll, but think that will happend on real money too everysingle time (not the same thing, not A 9, but for me, only top cards, for the rest...just fishers).
Ok, when I saw that I realised, it was clearly something which wasn't wrong, because I clearly didn't expect to recive the next answers:
For the first, I had almost like 15 conversations with this Elodie yesterday after that freeroll was over, she closed the conversations with me for...14 times, always I recived an error message from the unibet customer service and I must redo the conversation.
So...I asked her first, how it can be possible to lose like that and why I always lose like that on their poker platform, she told me this: the cards are generated by rng bla bla bla and all winings are generated by rake and we don't profit from our customers bla bla bla, you know that story already.
Well, now it's the intresting part: I asked for my rake, and I wanted to see all my hand history played here + also all the conversations with all the agents on that day (but this Elodie was almost in everyone, so much of conversations would be with her)...
Now, I don't really know if I can do that, but I will post just one conversation (on which one I made pictures with my phone, because I couldn't make printscreens, or when I made them, it would appear just one part of the conversation over and over again), so that's the reason why she send me one conversation. So I will make right now printscreens to see my conversation which I recived on g-mail to understand better the customer support here and what they told me to do
Here they are:
http://postimg.org/image/rjo6yt61z/
http://postimg.org/image/4ktn09m4p/
http://postimg.org/image/3m6cdngkl/
http://postimg.org/image/3orzp07hx/
So this are just one of conversations which I had with her, I repeat, I had over 15 conversations in that day which just was closed by her, because I clearly didn't.

Now, the costumer support suggest me to quit for what, for losing a freeroll on the first hand or because she just keep going in contradictory with herself?!
What's your opinion?!
By the way, I'm still waiting for those conversations and for my hand history to can calculate myself the rake, which it's clearly innexistent. Can you imagine that I really didn't won anything?! ANYTHING! And I repeat, I'm not a fisher.
I'm pretty sure I will go over with this one, I want to deposit all money which I wanted to deposit yesterday (thank GOD I didn't) on a site and maybe, just maybe, are more people in my circumstances.
This kind of customer service can be applied here or anywhere else. She didn't know even how the rake is calculated, or if there is one or not. And when I asked for the rake, she change all at 180 degrees. And it's clearly something wrong with their poker software or it's maybe something wrong with me...
Where do you think I should go with this story or how I can be more heard?!
I mean, this it's not that type of thing which you read all day long and thank you if you had the capacity and the pacient to read all over until here.

Honestly, I don't see the problem...

Just read through your post, and screenshots, and I see nothing that shows that Unibet are scamming, or even that their support is bad... The Rep was answering all your questions to the best of their ability, told you they had passed the queries on to the relevant team, and even suggested excluding yourself when it was quite apparent that your mindset just isn't suited to be a poker player.

What's in it for them if you stop playing? Nothing. They are not trying to scam, they are trying to be helpful....

Now on to your many claims not to be a "fisher".... You post one hand as evidence for this, and I'm sorry but it proves exactly the opposite.

Preflop, play was perfect... flop, play was fine - you have to c-bet AAx flop after raising any two really... But then calling all in as the third player with a pair on board? You're never winning that hand there.... NEVER. Villain 1 may very well be making a play, but once someone else calls, it's clear to anyone at least one of them has an ace.

You're expectations of a hand must be able to change from preflop, to flop, turn and river... You didn't.

Like I said, the rake was there 2 minutes ago, until I ask for it and that rake was gone, she told me there is no such thing as rake in the unibet poker, well...let me ask, then how they spread the winnings?!
After that: Why I can't see all my hands played there so you can see more of them?!
And in the last...helpful would be once when she told you that you should quit if you really want to, but not the same and the same story again and again when you pressure on them. This is what you call helpful?!

Let me - get this right in my head.... You were asking for detail of how much rake you had paid, and all your hand histories, is that right?

If this is the case, then the HH will be stored in the x86 program files folder, and you can work out how much rake you have paid by seeing how many points you have, and how many points you earn per dollar of rake....

Alternatively, just download a trial of PokerTracker 4, upload all your hand histories on to there, and it will tell you everything you need to know.

That's what I've intend to do, but she told me that all my hands was lost or they couldn't find that file. But anyways, please answer at the other question. How could be spread the winnings if it's not a rake program? You just choose one player today and gave him all, or how they manage to do it? Like all big poker sites available had one rake program, unibet doesen't?! And I don't have hands stored in mine x86 program because I delete the program (unistall it), as I told upper, I was out from unibet a month ago, but they should have it or not?! It was a month ago, so they should, right?! Or at unibet doesen't applies that rule?

well, ok, this was one hand guys, I want to show you another hand, I knew that player like a bluffer that's the reason why I played like that there, you have wright here, I should expect another A, and another A 9 maybe there, it's fine, or maybe even an A 3... or whynot 33 / 99.

Unless you have deleted the HH files as well as uninstalling, they'll still be there.

I don't quite understand exactly why you want to see them....

Do you believe something suspicious was going on?

Yes, I do, that's the only one reason why I want to see them, and I want to know where my game isn't good and maybe somebody can to teach me better

You lost all the money you had deposited in Romania and you were not satisfied with this site and ask them to close your account because you thought taht there was somethink wrong with the site.

Then you moved in Belgium and reopen an account with a site that you were not satisfied with instead of looking for another place to play poker.

With you new account you played freeroll and lost. I just dont understand Why making a very long story about that. Just forget abou this site and open an account with one of the big site with good reputation. Good luck for the future. Confused

you clearly didn't read this. and actually, right now I'm talking with another customer support, on .com. I don't lost a s**t in Romania because I didn't deposited back then and I never deposited any kind of money on any kind of poker software in Romania. And I moved in Belgium just because I need money, not to make a big story. Did you even heard yourself?!

Sorry for the mistake about Romania but you still reopen an account with a site that you were not satified with.

why you tell that I wasn't satisfy?! where I told that?! I wasn't satisfy since I came here, not from Romania, I say I didn't play much in Romania

Royals... your attitude here is exactly the same as your attitude with support... You're being argumentative and rude to people that are just trying to answer your questions. It's not a good way to get problems sorted.

I would say the fact that you self excluded before, would indicate you weren't satisfied... and also that you have a bit of a gambling problem, which is why support were being the way they were.

If you didn't like the site, and didn't want to play there, then just don't. The only reason to self exclude is if you know you can't trust yourself.

I'm not having a go at you here - Just trying to say that the whole world isn't a conspiracy against you. When you've played thousands of tournies and millions of hands, then by all means you can look into the stats and draw conclusions... But doing that now will bring nothing.

Actually, no, I have this kind of attitude here, exactly when somebody making fun or make me feel treated unwell, not everytime.

Well, actually I already did what maybe I was supposed to do before post this, I talked with another customer service (at unibet.com) instead (at unibet.be) and they send me all the conversations. She told me 6 times that I should auto-exclude myself from there, and that's not the way the customers should be treated, so he told me to make an official complaint about her, first (at unibet.be) to see if the mail will get on their departament (at unibet.com) how should be. So...it might not be a problem with all unibet, it might be a problem just on this unibet, from this country. I will keep you in touch, if you want to! Smile

Still think you're making a huge deal about nothing...

No one here is or has made fun of you...

Unibet have done nothing wrong other than to get frustrated at you constantly repeating the same, very difficult to understand questions on chat... and suggest you should just quit.

To be totally honest, I suggest the same.

I think if a poker site is telling you to self-exclude, they must see you have a pretty big problem.

And if they think that, I think they should exclude you themselves and not wait for your request.

Maybe your first decision for self exclude was the right one and you shouldnt go back.
If you have such beliefs about the specific site, no point bothering any more.
So if you want to still play poker, just choose another one.
If i understood right you have sent a ticket about this in BRM?
They cant do anything about situations like yours unfortunately. They are just affiliates.

I think you should keep playing at Unibet poker and keep losing in the first hand! That way after a while everything will become normal and you won't want to complain. It's no different to the river at pokerstars..... Nobody ever complains about that now cos they know they are onto a loser. Be patient, you will get used to losing in the first hand!

If I have interpreted anything of what your huge story says then I humbly apologise (cos I haven't read it!) Worship

Kinda seems to me you are making a whole biggie out of totally nothing , you lose 2 hands and something is wrong with the site? try looking into the flaws of your own game instead of blaiming it on the site :X
