yeah it is a bit too long and did not bother to read, too much info can kill your brain cells and i want to keep mind intact as i have few lefts just too gambling, smoking , drinking too much, better keep them for i want to get wasted, nah seriously mate, hope you get to solve your problem contact them again, go persistent, threatens their business by saying you will go the authority etc, anyway peace out mate good luck!
