Hello everyone First of all I like to say that I´m very happy with BRM they do a great job providing us games ;prizes and the best poker forum in the web But this time the things got out of track I´m waiting for my cashout since 2014 and we are now in 2015 A year is a long time!!!!
P.S-As you notice was just kidding (the request was really made in 2014 but only on the 20th of December)

I am sorry that I can not answer your question definitely, because I have not made a single cashout yet, although I have over 5.000 Mob points. But I guess that the delay is because of the christma and new year holidays. So do not worry.
