Today after closing down p.s.tars around one hour later, everything begin to freeze on my computer when i checked processes i had 2x p.o.k.e.r.starsbr.exe running on my computer....

this guys are pushing.... what gives them the right to do that.

it acted like a virus, closed down 10x before i actually got the processes to stop. it took all my connection away, couldnt open a webpage, after i closed it finally everything worked as it should...

Maybe it was just a problem from your computer and not stars.
Some times programs stall and create all shorts of problems.
Google chrome for example, after im closing it some times it has like 5-6 processes that keep working,
for a long time and i use the end task to close them.

I google your title without the .exe and saw that this could be a malware.
i also saw that malware are not detected by antivirus and there are some prograam available to make correction and protect your computer against these.

And maybe you should email pokerstars customer service and explain exactly what happend maybe they can help you. Good luck. Confused

If it was true, they would ban more than half of the accounts (and mine too)

Has this happened until two months ago before on your computer with Pokerstars software or was it the first time this happened? If it was the first time and you are new using the new Pokerstars 7 software now, I am sure it has something to do with that.

Never had a problem with pokerstars software, maybe just some minor one but nothing like what you described, maybe you have malware on your computer affecting your pokerstars account and software, maybe do a virus scan and reinstall pokerstars software also maybe reinstall your system entirely as it should be no problems, cheers anyway have fun at the tables when you manage to solve the problem. Cheers peace out!
