i really dont know the exact reason why players intend to buy fake chips at pokertstars,also pokerstars wanted a promotion huge tourney on fake chips???do players really enjoy a non profitable game ,same time pokerstars waiting for deposit fake chips omg!!!!! .maybe my country is poor but not stupid to buy a fake chips .for nothin.such a waste of time ,waste of electricity, waste of invest in life .

Pokerstars will give 1000 free fke chips when you have less than 200 and join a zoom table. This 1000 used to be enough to participate in a the 1st tier play money spin & go. Not anymore china...
I am positively addicted to this short stack, short handed, hyper turbo SNG format or perhaps it's the gambler in me that craves the opportunity to play for a chance Jackpot. Least it to say this format is high on variance and you need all your lucky stars to shine. For this reason it was nice to play for free fake money getting the same thrills instead of risking real currency and loosing money.
Now since the new software was released the 1st tier has gone up to 25K play chips!!!! Now I don't know how much you'd pay for 25000 chips as I agree with superthight here I don't see the point but this does mean that you will have to pay and risk loosing real money if you want to play spin & go at pokerstars.

I started playing PokerStars with play money a friend gave 1 million to start with at the time the maximum play chips BR was 20 millions and you could make any amount transfer betwen players nowsince they start selling them there is no max. BR and the mas transfer is 1 000.00. I still have 42millions play chips thats worth nothing. Most of the peoples playing them are US residents.

Am I reading correctly the maximum transfer is 1K play chips? The same amount they will give you for free since that equals to 1000 chips. I assume they will have the same strict rules against chip dumping (loosing on purpose to an opponent for the purpose of transferring stack) as they do with real money.
This is ludicrous!!! ..or else I'd ask you to stake me a couple of mill

Never understood that either. But i remember in the past reading, some, were paying good money to buy play chips in poker stars. Never followed any such story to see what and if you could win anything by having many play money chips. Besides the fact of course selling them to others
I think it's the same kind of ppl who buy swords, cars, shoes etc. in the videogames. They do it, because it's not big money and they don't care about it.

I totally agree with you. Playing with play money is pretty ridiculous, although I have to admit that I have started playing with play money as well 10 years ago. But I stopped doing it as soon as I found out that you can play freerolls instead and win some real money.

Well the only reason that I see play with play money is bankruptcy and be addicted to poker I can not see what benefit there is in play playmoney may be my fault but I think ridiculous to spend time with this type of game but many people are playing They are the pure recreational players

playmoney for me is a method for practicing as a beginer or pro.it should not be used as investment by the owner.furthermore ,playmoneysoftware assures the fairness of the hand dealt .playmoney games has no benifits for winning.u might win an virtual but its notworth a penny.from real money player advancing ,u can feel hands seriuosly,you won.01 cents or 1million is same considered as a winner,playin real is what yur brain comes out with using skill....while on playmoney is just entertainment..end up..
