playin poker tournaments such as proffesionls against fish players according to my observance.using a time is much good technique for making an action for trapping oponets or bluff. most players intend to shove it more quickly as fish just easily call for a top pair or drawbut the situation is fish side dont read yur hand posibly as u just push it in a hurry.while using a little bit time for shoving it all .might fold the fish because player can have time to read .makes a fish player little bit nervous to call or sometimes it folds.. I agree with you only a little bit, that time strategy can be a very useful tool in tournament poker, but I think it is not that important as you suggest. One should never forget to play his cards and his opponents, time strategy is just a tiny aspect.
