Tonight I played the $200 BRM Freeroll at Party poker Finished at 10th place getting $5.50 but was pretty stupid the way that I played the last hand agaisnt the leader If I had played tight I would get some more bucks but no went on guessing and got kick out What a stupid move Maybe next time I´ll play it wiser

Wow 5.50 Dollars for the tenth place, that is not bad at all. Congratulations for this. I only know the 25 Dollar bankroll mob freerolls on PS, where you cannot earn that much and thousands attend. How many people were in this tournament?

Yeah if I recall correctly you were short stacked and didn't have much choice? I went out shortly afterwards when my positional shove got called, I was very short stacked too. Cashed for $9.50
leno, about 75 players. cashed places started at 13th for $5.50

I think the best thing to do there was shove, not be tighter. The big stack was min raising every hand, and got the blinds every time. The only times he folded, was to a shove. He was successful against anyone that just called, since he would keep betting until you either folded, or went all in. So I would have shoved your JJ with your 8 BB stack; I think he would fold his K2o pre flop.
I think he might have won the whole thing (he had a huge lead), but I did not stick around after finishing 4th for $20.
It was good to see a lot of forum regs in the later stages...

I thought the tournament was quite good after the buy in change,I definitely thought there would be more players registered. There did not appear to too much craziness at the start and there was quite a few of the forum regulars playing as well so it probably was a good decision to change the rules.

Congratulations on your win. It is a good place finishing a game and the money wasnt bad either. Some times we get the right decisions some we dont, in poker. But most of the times you dont know the outcome unless you have tried . Big stacks always try with weaker hands since they have the advantage. Good luck in your next game.
