I requested 10 dollar bonus for signing up with Partypoker its been six days and still haven't received the bonus, I see on this site that I did request it, so that part I did right, am I doing something wrong.

yes- you are doing something wrong.
first of all asking free money @party is a horrifying thing to do- you will have to combat party bots and drones (and a bunch of high flying russians) and eventually you will beg party to take that money back and offer even extra cash from your account to stop the nightmare...
secondly- a few days more (or maybe a few days plus a few days more) and you will see cash in your account. wanna bet $10 that you will?

I would recommend to wait just a little bit longer. If you are having nothing on your account by next week, then it is time to complain about it. Or were there any conditions for getting 10 dollar at Party Poker?

You say this site is saying you have requested the bonus,did you find this information in the bonus request section of your mob account?does it say bonus requested or bonus approved?If it says approved then it will take at least a few days to process but BRM usually do their part quickly and then it is down to Party to process but you will get it so don't worry and just be a patient for a few more days.
