Try to look at your cashier , that is your account there should be a contact button somewhere there if not they your options on full tilt software there is the contact button, but you will have to look for it and i cannot be bothered to go look for it right now, just lost a ton of money on full tilt and do not want to go there as it makes me sad and angry, anyway good luck mate hope you find it and your issues are solved by them!
