Write a letter of support, I was surprised to learn that in order to win (only 10 times $ 100) must provide documents : passport copy, a copy of Visa card (both sides !!!) and a copy of the apartment payment. I had the same request from a poker site in order to cash out my money. The only difference was that tey did not asked about my rent payment but they wanted a copy of utility bill.
As to your visa card i would not be scare i gave them copy of my master card if they used it withouth your approval then you just tell you bank and they will refund.
So I decided that all this is too confusing and $ 100 is not worth the risk. None of the other similar proposals, I did not need such a large number of documents. After 5 days have passed (required for winning) and just lost everything at stake.

Totally standard procedure. Their requests vary by where they are regulated at. However, as pinotte said, there is nothing to worry about, they surely earn enough to not do criminal activities and use your card as fraud.
The image of your credit card, is just the front, and you must remove part of the number by using a paint program to paint over it (check the requirements). Usually the image should only show the first 6 and last 4 digits.
If they really need a photo of the other side, make sure you remove the CVV code from the image...
