Warning for Canadians players playing on this site using a Visa Debit card with Cibc the only way you can cash out is through Entropay virtual visa card because quack quack can't process it back too the original depositing card and the bank fees are ridiculous too say the least
Hmm, I cashed out twice using my visa and I didn't have to pay any processing fees. Did you use a real visa card or a prepaid card? Maybe not every card can accept this kind of transaction. Did you contact Visa to ask them why these fees?
I used a real Visa Debit Card too deposit for Withdrawl of free roll winning no problem for deposit but after a week of failed cash outs attempts duck poker said my bank doesn't accept some bank code OCT payment and my only option left for cash out was too create a Virtual Visa Card on Entropay website i received payment on Entropay cashed out too my bank account 18 fee and then another fee of 15 from my bank CIBC too receive funds i am fed up with this site one problem after another problem closed my account the end

u should contact support customer service for process procedure before depositing .some not listed above the term .so problem not may occur in the future.i, using a netter and looks fine for every users..

The only cashout option for Canadian Players is Visa and i have no problem using the exact same Visa Debit Card on 888poker and never once paid a fee this is just Duck being duck

it's not ducks fault,for you're troubles,it's you r bank,this is why I always use a prepaid visa(money mart) for any online gaming,I don't have those kind of troubles or stupid fees to pay,the site, if you read there T&C tell you and mention this might happen,with the real visa cards from banks. Every cash out I have had made with duck,I have used the prepaid card and never had any issues,ever.
And you pay no fees at money mart my point in the original post is too warn mobsters of these fees Cibc Visa Debit on Duck Poker. I never once paid a fee cashing out with the same card on 888poker or Stars this is just a small site being a small site.

I do need to correct my self here,the only fees I do pay is $2.50 to load my visa and withdraw from,and maybe $1.50 from the certain sites,but it cost me a lot to play on pokerstars the most,I loose more just to play there. I am pretty sure it's far cheaper then dealing with the bank,when i do use the bank they charge me any where from $20- $30 just for having my cash sent too my account

Hi mate.
After two months, and still find and listen things about this room, or for canadian players or european players, or other players on the world that play there, after a few weeks listen things and comprove that things playing there, i know that is hard to get caught on the trap, but with errors we learn.
The IMO of the thread talks about cashouts and depositing, i dont know a lot of that, because i didn't have maked such thing from that room, but from others that i read and listen this things apear sometimes.
