you know the thing is that it is absolutely imperative to follow the correct order of referring- you must refer 3rd member right after the 1st one, don't do the beginners mistake by referring 1st one, then 2nd and then 3rd... it must go in this pattern: 1st, 3rd and only then 2nd.
