Bad times comes and go. It's always cyclical. You shouldn't overthink your current state of mind it will all go away when you will be through this. Also, try playing less poker or don't make it all that serious. Winning some cash always good, but if you could try and find a simpler hobby which could make you more happy then maybe your feels wouldn't gravitate towards these dark places all the time.
