Yeah that's the normal procedure in 50/50s (actually the scenario should normally be even more (extreme). One bigstack open shoving any2 because all others have to be ridiculously tight. To have a good winrate in 50/50s you have to be that "bigstack bully" as often as possible. Idealy, your finish-distribution should be very 1st and 5th heavy (either be bigstack or barely fold ITM), because everything inbetween is pretty ugly to play.

Sorry guy for the stupid question, but I am not quite sure what Fifty50 tournament on PokerStars is. I know from other sites there are tournaments called double or nothing where 50 per cent of the field double up their buy ins. Is it the same on PS?

Another fifty fifty tournament that i just finished. Early in the game i am in middle position with KK the player before me raised i reraised im and one allin, two ,three, so i shoved and i enclose pic. of the hand and one of the final tournament.
