I know u shouldnt talk about other player but f that. Player "91gs" on pokerstars gotta b the biggest moron known to poker. 1.50 6 max. 3 ppl left one guy sat out whole tourny. He keeps folding his blinds to sitout, ask him y he says hes got bad cards...that's fine i explain buddys sitting out and his cards doesnt matter. Does this for an hour and a half. This tourny shoulda been over in 30min. I jist start calling everyhand that im on the button so he doesnt just fold his blind to sitout. He then raises everytime i just call. Thats fine. Sitout starts playing with 260chips left. Doesnt this idiot call him all the way down to the river with 5high with no draws. Then starts cursing me out cuz hes a muppet. Jesus wish i could smack him through the screen
You should have steal all the blind with min.raises. Why did you explain him about them? And this is a game, where every player can do whatever he want with his hand. When he was raising your limp calls, didn't you want to be called or raised?

I was limping with hands like 83 67 ect just so he didnt fold to the sitout. Dont like my thread feel free to leave im allowed to vent. U obviously didnt read my post. I said i was only limping so he wouldnt give the sitout his chips and prolong the game. I dont care that he was raising me which i stated above if u read the whole thing. I was there to play poker and only played the hands so he wouldnt donate his to someone who was not playing. Donno about u but i dont wanna play flr an hour and a half for a little 3$ profit id rather get the games over with and move on with my life lol
------------ I explained to him that sitouts arnt playing so asked him y would he give up his chips to someone thats not playing. Anyways hadda vent i dont understand y someone would wanna give someone a chance to win when theyre not there. Maybe its just me. Ur obviously more generous then i am

Have you took notes of these players. Cause to me it looks a lot to collusion any player that play on pokerstars knows that sitout cant win unless you dont bet.
I had one game not exactly like yours but one player i think gave chips to another. I took their names and if i see them again with same kind of play i will report them.

No i didnt i dont intend on playing the game agin lolm i ment to register for hyper tournys and that one was in the mix thats half the reason i was annoyed. A 15min game last over an hour jist because of eather stupidity or lack of knowledge to the game. Other then the cards, betting, folding and raising i think "folding to a sitout" should be up there in things to know about poker lpl. He was only playing theone table i could understand if maybe he was playing multiple. Anyways jist needed to vent got my blood goin just when u thimk a game will be over he gives the guy his chips agin

I don't understand this rage, from my point of view he played the situation perfectly fine. As long as the guy is sitting out and in the game, you are forced to play cautious to reach the money. So once you started limping every hand and he raised you, like you said, this is exactly the right play to do. He should indeed raise you with any2 cards because based on ICM you have to be super tight. So yes, I also wouldve folded everytime in the SB and shove most hands when you're in BB (it depends on blinds-stack distribution, but loets assume sit out is down to 4BB and you have 20BB, you can only call his shoves with hands like AK and TT+ (maybe even that's too wide, don't know 6 max ICM well) -> any2 shove is super profitable for him. So obviously he should be looking to keep the guy sitting out in for as long as possible So wheter it was his intention or not, you simply got exploited hard.

Yes this is exactly what i was tryin to say lol some ppl obviously reading it wrong. Havta draw a diagram or something. "3" ppl at table if "i" fold "button" that would make him "small blind" big blind is "sitting out" , "small blind" folds to "sitout" everytime "prolonging the "game". I was tightend up obviously waiting for the sitout to be blinded out but once i noticed that if i folded button he would donate his small blind to the sitout i just started calling everytime so he wouldnt.

seemd to me there was something goin on. Why would he keep giving his small blind to the sitout, and then when sitout comes back at end of game double the "sitter outter" up with 5 high?
------------ Anyways sorry for the rant obviously some of yaz also fold to sitouts regularly so its just part of the game i havent masterd yet.

It seems like you didn't understand. As long as he keeps the sit outer alive (which he does by folding in SB, making sure he doesn't bust) YOU have to play cautious, thus he can exploit you to death. Keeping the bubble alive for as long as possible is almost always the best line to take as bigstack, especially when there's a guy sitting out. Looking at his sharkscope it's likely he wasn't thinking like this, but he did infact the most +EV thing he could do. If you don't understand what I want to explain here then you better stop playing SNGs.

I got what your saying now . Seems like a pretty hard way to make a whopping 3$ lol but i get what your saying. I dont think id make a game last that much longer and go tho all that but yeah it worked for jim. I got second place and it was because i was annoyed but how long this game was taken. But i do understand i should say tho i was the big stack the whole game, maybe his donations is the reason i lost because i did just gi e up and started pushing every other hand.

Yeah i had no intention of even playing this game so didnt wanna spend the time there. I was playing hypers and forgot to take regular games out and got just the one in the mix.

I think there ain't nothing wrong with playing for 3$ however if you are playing hypers and accidently open a regular game , you want to play it out relatively quickly and i can see why arsenej got bothered deffo. if i play sng's i play like the 7$s turbo / hyper or sometimes huds
I myself like to play turbo and hyper more than normal unless i play mtt's , i dont tend to like hyper mtt's

I understand what he was doin now but still dont make sense why when the sitout sat in why he would double him up calling him right down to the river with 5high and not even a draw. Seemed like collusion to me but o well ive played plenty more games since this so this topic can get buried
