I think same... but no matter what, I have points from posts and from calender.... so no matter what, I can request cashout but as I said I will wait to collect more points, so there wouldnt be any cashout soon

Where does it say that you cannot cash out if you only post in the forum?The mob draw and safe are not easy to win and some people never win points on the calender,I don't think I have for months. Admin are usually aware of spammers and people that take advantage of the system.I have cashed twice and both times I had won on the safe,$40 and $20,but I am sure others had cashed without game wins.

You can cash out from affiliate stuff alone, just not from posts alone..
This is something that Administrator has stated on a few occasions, I've tried to find an example, but they guy has >7,000 posts lol, so it's a bit hard.. But I'm not making this up. Though, he has said it's also at discretion, so - there are exceptions. But he's definitely stated this on multiple occasions as being BRM policy.
If you don't believe me, I'm happy to make a wager with you.... Then, when there's something more to have from it, I'll find his posts backing me up!!!

I'll back you up. I remember some of these posts as well. I don't know if it has been enforced though. I think it might have been when dilkiv raised objections about some of the "b******t" threads...
