I had seen a post some time ago from someone saying there was a limit on how many shots you could use but had not seen any confirmation so for any new members thinking of saving then according to this post there is maximum of 800 shots daily/or until code changes.
That thread should be considered as classic as it gets. OP there used 800 (!!!) shots and still couldn't come up with a winning combination - I think I mentioned in some other thread that you should only use 300 maybe 400 shots in one try 'cuz anything above that will be -EV for that amount - nowadays the prize barely goes up to $40. If 300 wasn't enough for you to crack it then you just need to realize you started the guessing at the wrong end. Try again when the amount goes above a certain level.

I think you are wrong... if you dont hit in first 300,400 shots, why stop??? You think if you come back you will win, but what if you dont win with second 400 shots? that would be 800... better try all 800 at same time, Its bigger chance to crack it
If you bought those shots and you spent 2k points to get 400 shots (twice!!!) and you are using close to 800 to win 4k or 5k then you are loosing money - for this much amount you would be better of buying tickets for the draw. If you won 800-1000 worth of free shots during a whole year opening calendar doors, then using them all up for just one try didn't make the wait worth it IMO. Again, if you cannot crack this - let's say out of 250 shots then u should just give up and wait for the next time the prize goes near 5k, otherwise it's not a good payout/return on your investment (wether that investment was mob points or just patience for collect enough shots from the calendar).

I am not sure whether there exists a limit on how many mob safe shots you can mass, but you shouldnt forget, that as far as I know you dont get the one free daily shot if you still have some shots. If you store them for too long its not worth it.

Cracking the safe is just a matter of luck. I did won the first one with one shot and the second time i used 50 shots i had won opennig doors and crack it again at the 37th. attempt.
However i recognize that if you are talking about math. and probabilities sure that the more shot you have the more chance you have.
However math. do not always give a win as you can see above and also playing poker you often start with 80% and still loose the handd.

dont really make this time a lot more interesting.we have our own style or way of research how to win on internet .but of course u have to risk at own step theres no easy way to earn money today if u just listen and dont act for action,good and have a good time always.....

Interesting for sure. But regarding all your calculation, have you read whats written below the safe: "The code changes when the prize goes up." So if you start at $40 and use 300 shots without winning and the prize goes up to $50, all combinations are back in the game...

I am not having any luck with the calender or the safe this year so far. I try to crack the safe every day but do not get it done, but that is normal. But not only did I not win any safe shots in the calender I won absolutely nothing.

Hmm you can also win it with one shot maybe try your luck and do not stack shots as it is just about luck in the end and if you are not lucky you would go a streak without win and will not be worth your time and you would have bought those shots for nothing, just keep playing those games and who knows you might win tomorrow with your free shot hehe, anyway peace out and have fun at the tables and have a good time!

i think they have the right to set a max shots and 800 is a reasonable one like many said 800 is more than enough if you couldnt crack the safe with 800 shots .. you must be one unlucky person only admin or regular safe masters could answer us because i read once that sky used 700+ in one try and won .. but i assume he had more than 800 shots that time and he was ready to go all the way

I'm sure it is official,we would probably have have heard from someone if it wasn't. This is an official message after trying 800 shots........."You have reached the maximum allowed shots at this safe, please come back and try again on the next safe for which you currently have 400 shot(s) available.........."
erru9107's thread was linked in the opening post here, there he stated he couldn't continue after 800 shots the initial try - so there you have it folks. I still wonder why he did not stop after 4-500 tries but it's all there clean and clear - you can only use eight hundred tries per day - it doesn't matter how many more you've got.
Very useful thing I learned today climbing Forums .. It turns out 800 attempts is the limit! Well now I will know this and do not wait for when I have accumulated 1,000 attempts, but now only 800 ... Now I have 200 attempts, and will gather them on, but only now up to 800

And I too thought to save up 1000 attempts for certain to win a prize. Now I will be cleverer. Though it is such option that it is possible to vyigat from the first attempt and it is possible and to win about 800 nothing. Matter of luck.
