well look on the bright side- at least you know who took your money... having no idea who is responsible for such a horrible activity would lead to absolutely unenviable situation of having no-one in particular to address the words: fcuk you mother fcukers, eat my sh1t and so on.... now you can just forward those words to duck poker and sleep calmly.

Made a deposit, got free 5$ bonus, had to earn 100 points. Did it, liked soft and poor field, but thought I will try to withdrawal my cash before making any big deposit just to see how long does it take and how well support works. So, they asked to sent documents and were pretty fast at writing me back and I thought support was great - helped me with some quastions. But after I sent all, I got no answer to my 4 emails the last 8 days for now, and my withdrawal is still pending (requested 10 days ago).
Their website say it may take 3 days, and as I understood at worst it may take 10days. But know now, it was deposit by NETELLER and withdrawal to the same NETELLER. It takes like what? Seconds, most poker and gambling sites make withdrawals in 24 hours and less. Support does not answer me at all and ignores.

There are even worst cases than yours in other sites, waiting for a cash out. And we are talking for months. So waiting a little bit longer doesnt hurt. You can see in other threads here that they are cashing out and if i may say, they are faster than others, that are way longer in the business.

I must say that if the withdrawal request takes more than 3 days to be approved it means it will be not. Probably you don`t met their conditions. And your request`ll be pending about 15 days and after that it will be reversed. I had the same situation.

Hmm, also have an account at Duck Poker, but only with some $ from the last leaderboard. Reading all these stories about the problems I guess I will not play there again. There are a lot more and better options to play.
Stick with the well known bigger sites these small ones only problems some even fraudsters and get away with it (PokerMinds). I closed my account on Duck Poker because they are slow in processing cash outs 3 weeks i wait and 30 percent in bank fees on Stars instant or 1-2 days max with no fees 888Poker cash out takes a little longer about 4-5 days.

------------ what does bankroll mob get for offerring us bonuses to join duck poker. if they only knew who they are backing before they back them,
------------ hey join this site with this b.onus and get screwed later suckers!

any update on this one OP?
i know quite a few people who successfully cashed out from duckpoker so its not like they dont pay out... at all. But apparently not everyone is so lucky. And yeah i agree with others here, thats the problem with smaller, newer, poker rooms - you never know how is it going to end. So you might as well stick with stars or whatever.
i never actually had to send my ID docs to stars or ftp, but had no problems cashing out on either of those on mulitple occasions. And my last stars cashout took like 4 mins. No duck can beat that.
What i also find odd is how in some of those small rooms cashing out takes like 2 weeks and its not beause they have too many requests or something so they are just stalling your cashout request just for the sake of it.

Well, I wouldn't have anything negative to say about Duck besides low traffic, slow cashouts and some minor software bugs... But now that their support seems completly dead, I really don't recommend playing there. It'll save you having a one sided e-mail conversation with yourself
When you ask them a simple question they just don't answer. I don't know if they fired "Jimmy" their support guy or if he left his job, but it can't be too hard to hire a new one. lol
