I was busy in the bankroll freerolls, I actually had some dollar there, THAT DAY I WANTED TO PLAY! they just blocked me! really? yes really they just blocked me for no apparent reason
I already have send them an email and they never responded... My advice is to boycott this piece of kaka website.

I am a bit surprised that people are still continue to play there. Those problems do exist for quite a while now, everybody should have noticed them. And on top of this the player base there has never been sufficient.

Before you start playing in a new site go for the verification process first, by sending all the required documents and wait for their approval. When you get approved continue with your play. is it a way to save you some time and money perhaps. But this doenst mean you cant get blocked afterwards of course
I don't understand the logic behind Duck Poker treating players this bad which have generated a lot of rake for them I guess once the bankroll hits $100 they freeze the account very bad for business. I am glad I closed my account when I did one problem after another.

Wow it seems like u guys had a lot of trouble there. For me everything went well. I sent in the docs & met the point requirements for cashing out dat freeroll monniez. After like 2 weeks i had it in my neteller account. Maybe some of you guys are bad @ cheating? or maybe sent in wrong docs? Also its a huge benefit to use friendly and proper language when communicate with the support.i guess some people here also had problems with dat Anyway, its probaby best to verify yor account early when ur roll is low and then make a small cashout to check if you are able to cash out or if you get blocked.

It was October 2014 when I first addressed the issues with DuckPoker publicly all over the poker forums. I was paid in full ($750 or so) eventually in November 2014; DuckPoker subsequently suspended/closed my account confiscating remaining tournament money which was around $100.

It looks like they dont have cash to pay the players, cause if they did their treatment would have been different. You dont want to keep driving players away if everything works good for you And from the moment you realize that a site starts having problems request a cash out and pray
i opened duck poker through bankroll mob and in bank roll account show that i received 25 dollar but i did not get it in duck poker. can you help me whats the wrong ??

Cannot believe this (duck) is still a thing. Sorry pal, only God knows who can be faulted for you not gettin' a dime but if you red the topic or many others about Duck, you would know by now that they are not necessary a company u would want to have business with (i.e. playing poker there)...

juari by reading everywhere about this site, you are not missing much. As i have already said, verify your account first with them and then start playing. Will save your self some time there.
For this matter try contacting the poker site directly and BRM through email from your personal page.
Wow not really sure why you guys are having problems. I got my bonus, built a little bankroll and tried for a withdrawal. Sent in my docs (no utility bill but they let me use a bank statement) and then got told I needed points. Took about a week of sitting at the cash tables but got my points. Tried withdrawal again and no problems. Since then I just stay away from freeroll and play the low buy in GTD's. Have had No Problems with any of my other withdrawals.
I'm going to have to agree with SickCallJoe...you guys must be bad at cheating..and now try to blame DuckPoker for getting stopped
