Since three weeks I just can not open any tournament lobby in 888poker. I have already called the hotline, who told me to reinstall the software after a complete uninstall. That I did today, but it is still the same. Does anyone have similar problems or know how to solve this?

Maybe this problem of yours is caused by your computer. Either settings, or some recent change in the software, like an update. Try to do a restore to an older point if you can, when poker client was working properly. If it still doesnt work, then it is not your computer.

Try to install the original(English) version... I had an russian version and fased the same problem yesterday...After installing the original, the problem was solved.

Do you have any programs such as revo uninstaller or C cleaner?Both free and will also clear registry errors.There could be remnants of an old program on your computer.I had a problem with 888 a long time ago because it had crashed but was still running in the background so I had to delete and uninstall all 888 then install again. Could also be your security/firewall blocking 888 if you have yet to try that.Good luck.

best thing you do is find another computer and try to test it if works then follow all the settings provide on that working machine.another 1 is try to restore from earliest date on a positive accurate set up.nothing more useful its a problem cookies,i also have problem on 888 but not on technical iissue its blocking country playin on casino .if u have time try to contact support if they allow using vpn or u might be using vpn before and they will disconnect and allow yur ip to activate .hope this works for you....

Thank you all very much for the good tips. I am using the CC Cleaner on a regular basis so that should not be the problem and I have already installed a brand new version of the software through a link sent to me directly from the support of 888.

Thank you for that tip mate this would indeed be a solution for me, but unfortunately I do not like playing cash game and most definitely I am not willing to play only cash game. My problem is still the same and I am loosing hope, that it will be solved soon.

A few weeks ago i had a problem with my computer due to these so called pc cleaner. My antivirus McAfee customer services took over my computer and cleaned it of all bads think since then its running very good thanks to them.

Hi mate hope you ok , but i am sad for you as there will be chance that you would have played and win some money, sad you cannot play anyway good luck , but if you play poker as a pro , you should always have two or more computers or even internet connections as those are the things you will need to work and without them there will be no chance of making money, anyway good luck and have fun mate at the tables!

I do not have more than one internet connection here, but I am having two computers. But it can not be the solution to install the software on another computer. It should work and it has worked so far on this one and that is how it should stay.
