still using pokertars 6 software and i see no disconnection action yet so far .i already tried pokerstars 7 software but dont like the figure, settings are so difficult to find so i get back from most usuall old software ,dont know when it will be close but certainly i need to be familar to a new as they demand it favorable means...

I've tried 7 and it does nothing for me...and I don't like it,...so I've switched back to 6 for the time being,...however long that may be...!
They've gone and grouped all the tourneys from the former 'Private' and 'Freerolls' tabs into one now,...making it more inconvenient to find things....!

Just the same for me, when they put the pokerstars seven, i installted, but i didnt like so a switched to the pokerstars six, and after a few weeks recive the message to download the seven again because the six is gone, and i install, and after a few days with the seven, what i didnt like in the past, i like now and what i saw before of options, configurations and other stuff, now is like the same thing that the six, i do not have reclaims now.

They phase out version 6. In Germany it is already impossible to switch back to that version from the 7 client. So one has to live with that type of software for some time, or has to switch rooms.

First when i got the 7 version i did like a lot of peoples and switched back to the 6 one. I did that for one simple think i did not want to put a little bit of learning a new environnement.
I knew that one day they would cancel 6 and i will have to get along with the new one so i just came back to 7 and know i like it and find it very easy to work with.

I see pinotte you have a thing about changes That describes many people, and i can say myself included. I dont like changes. If something works for me i will stick to it, while a new version, or a product, or whatever, can be even better

using 6 on my oldie pc, have no idea what i'm using on pokerstars mobile on android, but i guess it's 7 (since there is casino lobby), and yeah just as many mobbits above- tried 7 on my pc- didn't like it (too slow compared to 6, too visual for my liking) so switched back to 6... but hey we all live in democratic world- that's why we must upgrade to 7 or else...

You both realize that you could change the outlook of the tourey section to look like the same as in the old version, right? And how would the settings difficult to find? It's in the same place still among the menu which just got pushed to the right in the software.

i hate pokerstars 7 yesterday they changed for good i can no longer revert back to pokerstars 6 simplicity is the key now with this one it is more complex it is not that i cant use it but it looks and feel like they added stuff that i dont need like the news section ..

belive me its not that bad... I was thinking same when they put out pokerstars 7, and didnt want to play on it because I tought it is way to complex, than I played one tournament and I got to go to friend, I run realy deep, and told my friend to download ps, and I will come... so he did and than I sow he dl pokerstars 7... I made on time to come back and finish tournament and I finish 2nd... And than I didnt like it I tought it suck pokerstars 7, and than few days ago I say to myslelf lets try out... and in one day I realy loved 7 more than 6... Its not hard to learn all about it and when you do, you will see its far more simpler than 6... Try it out and you will see, belive me

I said earlier in the year that pokerstars will implement p7 and we had to get used to it as they will remove the older version all together after a while and i was right as they are removing it soon, so better get used to the new one already as you will have to as there wont be the old one. Anyway good luck at the tables and have fun on pokerstars and make some money off those muggers, cheers peace out guys good luck!
i think PS7 is very raw at this moment, alot of lag or glitch, even my registered tournaments wont open at start, i think Discount of PS6 it is very unlikely for most of players, i hope PS wont do a fast desicions about sowtware
