once again pokerstars delivered a survey message regarding on their complete satisfaction, offcourse we cant just say its not satisfying .but the next time they send survey they must pay us or giving rewards for our opinion .surveys are paid by their opinion do you agree??

You are right superthight... It's not right that they ask you to give up your time for nothing in return.
I think they could easily find a way around it, by for example giving people a Weekly Round 2 ticket if you complete the survey - That way, it's not costing them anything, people will be more willing to complete it... and will actually gain something for it.

If even some responds they will get a good feedback as they have a good customer base, that is a lot of players and some is bound to be happy there and therefore they will get good opinions in my humble opinion, see what i did there lol, anyway i will always answer truthfully and if they are not good i will tell but i always find them good and helpful especially the support who take like 30 mins to respond which is very good!

I think you should co snider opinion polls a bit like a public service, and you should, if you feel inclined, to comeplets them without any recompense. The whole of society is so bogged down in wanting something for everything (which usually ends up being nothing) that we seem to have forgotten about true values!
Share your thoughts freely! You never know, it may end up benefiting someone else; not just you!

The idea of a survey is that you get a change to give you opinion so they can do something with it. It is a service and a pretty good one. It helps aprove the software, give use better tournements ect ect.
The "it costs me time" argement is a huge pile of bs imho. If you need support from PS they give it to you for free, it costs them also time but they dont ask money for it.

They try to know how make changes or stay like they do, but yes maybe a litle gift for your answer is a good thing, maybe a ticket like yout85 said, isnt a big thing, big ticket but is something i think. But for who plays there with passion and love for the game will answer free or with a ticket or a offer. For me isnt recive that kind of survey this year, maybe in the next days i will, if you allready recived some more people will recive, is wait.

Well that´s a good point if you answer the survey in theory you are helping them to improve the service they provide so if they improve you as a user will benefit from that
But the idea of rewarding those that work with them by taking the survey is also valid like other mobsters had said a ticket or a survey freeroll will for sure be nice and they will lots more people willing to take the survey
Feedbacks are for them to try succesfully lift your overall user experience, so at the end of the day it's not their own amusement rather than yours. That is why 'important' to be honest in them or at least try to pick answers with a care. Yeah, they aren't give you a single scratch of FPP for it but trust me it's better this way - means only those going to participate who are interested/care about these issues so in my opinion everybody could win with this, despite the lack of prize for your time.

@bowie & Dirk - stars want feedback from customers in order to improve the software, add features etc. what that equates into is bigger customer satisfaction- which means customers are more likely to lurk around and spend their cash @stars. so basically by giving feedback for free- you give stars the instruments they need to pull out more cash from your pocket. p.s. i have nothing against stars or feedbacks- just that imho if someone is profiting from those feedbacks, it would be nice if that someone would share the profits with those who are giving the feedbacks...
If you gave your feedback then you already know the issues they asked were about a wide range of topic - yeah they are profiting from this but so does every customer. Many things I gave away free - including plenty of my time - in life so this aspect does not concern me at all.
