I had a ticket for the 40 seat frenzie won a long time ago that i was keeping and if i was winning the tournament then i had $20.00T.
Since i am not playing the game i decided to used it this morning and i registered to the tournament then when it started i had no table but my name was on the tourney lobby.
So i called customer services and after a while they told me that it was cancelled and i was reimboursed.
I went to see my account and saw that $20.00 was taken off and back in. I haad push the wrong button instead of ticket i pushed cash.
I was lucky it was cancelled why pay $20.00 when you have a ticket.

well glad to see you got your money back, better make sure there's no expiry date on that ticket, i had some tickets, for the $5K freeroll, but they just vanished one day.

They used to have freerolls qualifiers and register you automatically if won a ticket.You need to stay sharp with this site,try everytime to trick you.Also,if you want to withdraw founds they require a deposit in the last six months.Very annoying dudes,I quit use the site

Hmm. Lucky stroke that the game was cancelled! It is an easy mistake to make, and as Ice Queen States, it's a mistake made all the easier by the set up and colour of the buttons. My advice, as with all poker related advice, is focus and take your time to make the right decision!

A lucky break there Pinotte.........I know there is an option in party poker settings so you can choose to pay with tournaments dollars instead of cash automatically so maybe there should be an option to use up tickets first.....but then PP know that cash does not have an expiry date.
